Springtime in Roma
Pros: The perfect place to stay in Rome. I wish I could have stayed longer. The apartment is very high quality. So comfortable, every facet, from the bed to the shower to the kitchen and living area. Tastefully decorated and furnished. The kitchen is super functional and fully stocked. Tvs in all rooms. Lovely neighbourhood, supermarket up the street, bus around the corner to Termini. Most of all a terrific host, who was kind, generous and made sure I had everything I needed. I would say this is my favourite place that I've stayed in Rome. Thank you, it was lovely.
Cons: Usually I would book an apartment with outside space. I didn't miss it at all because the apartment is so beautiful. I planned my day better.

Pros: We had a superb stay at Nomentana house. We highly recommend the place. The location in the Nomentana neighbourhood was a plus for us. We got to experience life in a Roman neighbourhood. While the apartment was nice and quiet, the surroundings were lively, with many cafes, pasticerias and restaurants. We felt the neighbourhood offered a more authentic experience, no tourist traps around. We could easily reach city center via bus (some options are 60 and 90, the latter goes to the Termini train station). The bus station is an enjoyable 7 min walk from the apartment with pretty sights in view. The apartment itself was very comfortable and clean. We were 2 people and could not have wished for more space or comfort. Many complimentaries from the owners (sweets, tea & coffee selection, hygene supplies), fully equipped kitchen, clean and spatious, tv and ac in every room. This place was one of the highlights of our vacation. Would happily rebook if we are ever back in Rome.

Great apartment: well equipped, very clean and helpful host.
Pros: Great apartment, very clean and well equipped! Two bedrooms (each with a comfortable double bed), two bathrooms and a kitchen. Wifi and TVs with streaming services worked well. Helpful host who responded quickly to questions and made check in and out easy. We arrived late and really appreciated that coffee, small breakfast were waiting for us. Shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Bus stop to head to the city centre nearby and the Citymapper app helped us navigate public transport. Apartment worked really well for our family. We loved our stay!

Pros: The location was alright, a bit far out but a very safe area! We loved the apartment. Everything was clean and the communication with the host was great.
Cons: The soda bed as well as the pillows weren’t very comfortable.

Great stay, great beds.
Pros: The apartment is very nice, with good-quality, comfortable beds, good bathrooms (although sometimes a little less water pressure than preferred), clean, spacious bedrooms, and good support from the host. The location was great for us since we were by car. If you want to take public transportation, its only a 5 min walk to the bus stop and 15 min walk to the metro. The apartment is on the first floor and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Nice cafes and restaurants are nearby.
Cons: The apartment is great for four people. For six, it becomes way smaller since the sleeping sofa takes up a lot of space in the kitchen/dining room. The sleeping sofa is okay for kids, but I would not recommend it for adults.
