Fantastic location for a bright and comfortable apartment. Shame about the shower issues!
Pros: Myself and my partner had a wonderful stay here. We were greeted by the host upon arrival for the key handover and were given a thorough tour of the apartment. We were even gifted a bottle of red wine which was a lovely addition to our stay. The location of the apartment is fantastic - only a ten minute walk to the Colosseum and about twenty minutes to the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps as well as being opposite a gorgeous park, Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II. There were plenty of bars, eateries and shops nearby. The apartment was well air conditioned, very spacious, bright, and quiet. The TV had Netflix and the bed was very comfortable. The bedroom had lots of storage with hangers and an ironing board for our clothes. The kitchen was well kitted out with cooking utensils, dishwasher, coffee, tea etc. Overall, I'd highly recommend staying here, especially for couples.
Cons: The only problems were with the bathroom facilities. The shower was freezing cold and too low down for anyone over 5\

Muy buena experiencia, totalmente recomendable
Pros: Nos encantó la localización sobre todo. A unos 15 minutos del Coliseo andando, muy céntrico, al lado de la plaza de Vitorio Emmanuele, cerca de Termini. Supermercados muy cerca. Nos encontramos con un apartamento bien dotado, con aceite, vinagre, sal, papel de cocina, café e infusiones, productos para higiene y limpieza. Nos gustó que tuviera lavadora y lavavajillas. Gregorio nos dejó incluso una botella de vino, que nos pareció un gran detalle
Cons: El calentador de agua tiene poca presión y la temperatura del agua fluctúa continuamente, lo que hace incómoda la ducha. Pensábamos que habría microondas pero no lo hay

It was a great apartment - quirky and cosy! We would defenetly recommend it to others.
Pros: We loved the apartment! The place had everthing you could possibly need. It was spacious and perfecr for my partner and I. It was close to transport and walking distance to a number of attractions. There were numerous restaurants and cafes withing walking distance which was very convenient.
Cons: The bed was short and not comfortable for those who are on the tall side! There was very little pressure in the shower head and the water did not stay hot for very long.

Wonderful appartment with great staff in a fantastic location!
Pros: Super convenient location. A line metro stop just at the end of the block! Very cute apartment and accommodating staff. Very clean and safe building.
Cons: Shower water pressure and temperature could use improvement.

Pros: Un logement vivant, intime, très joli, bien reflechi, beau. Bel accueil, tres sympa. Vraiment agréable. Quartier agreable.
Cons: Pas de débit dans la douche, donc pas facile d'avoir de l'eau chaude reguliere.

Cozy and artsy place at a great location
Pros: Cozy (queen size bed and a retractable sofa), convenient (well applienced kitchen), great location (parks, cafes, osterias, enotecas and metro station close by) and hosts (lovely Gregorio, Marco and Letizia).

Pros: Très bon emplacement,. Très bel immeuble sécurisé et proche du métro et de toutes commodités. Appartement très cosy joliment décoré et bien équipé.
Cons: Le lit, trop petit, coincé entre le mur et le placard et le matelas inconfortable.

Pros: Pan Gregorio był przekochany i bardzo pomocny. Mieszkanie było bardzo przytulnie urządzone, świetnie wyposażone, czyste i bardzo dobrze skomunikowane (wszystko łącznie z barami sklepami, zabytkami i metrem było tuż pod ręką)
Cons: Czasami trzeba było poczekać na ciepła wodę pod prysznicem. Wysoka cena za późne zameldowanie.

Pros: Esta bien ubicado, cerca de termini, el metro esta a una cuadra y los buses a las principales atracciones turisticas estan a 10 min caminando.
Cons: La altura de la ducha es muy baja, para una persona de 1,60 esta bien pero si sos mas alto queda incomodo. El check in no es muy comodo ya que una persona te entrega las llaves en mano y si te llegas a restrasar (a veces suceden imprevistos cuando uno viaja) estas con el sentido de urgencia de llegar s tiempo.
