Pros: Apatrament was really cosy,comfortable,clean and peaceful,loxation is really cool ,very near to main attractions,15 min walk to Colloseum amd Forum.Metro is 1 minute away.Host is wonderful and super friendly

Excellent apartment in a great location witha very friendly host

Pros: Great apartment and ideal location between Termini station and the Colosseum. The host was super friendly, sent lots of helpful tips about getting into the apartment, restaurants, supermarkets and answered any questions really quickly. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you might need for cooking and prepping food. The beds are really comfortable. The steps to the bedrooms are quite steep and some have different heights. This didn't bother us at all, might be off-putting for other guests. Also, just be aware that your final fee for your stay is divided between what you pay to booking.com and tourist tax that you pay to the host. So when you arrive, that tourist tax is due. I didn't read that properly in my booking confirmation but could PayPal the money easily to the host

Cons: The main door is very stiff to open, it is an old wooden door I think probably needs to be sanded down a little so this might frustrate some people. It did not take away our appreciation for the apartment

Pros: The host (Christina) was really helpful. She explained every detail by communicating with me through WhatsApp, she send me videos on where to find the keys, how the coffee machine works and how lighting works

Cons: The only thing that I found hard so to carry the luggages to the rooms since the stairs are really narrow

I would stay there again if visiting Rome once again in the future.

Pros: Great location!! Very clear instructions how to get to this cosy, clean apartment. It is pretty compact, but we had everything we needed and even more. Thank you so much ! I would stay there again if visiting Rome once again in the future.

Pros: The house is in a very good location, close to the metro and bus stops, and you can also walk to the main attractions. The host Christina is incredibly nice. She was constantly in touch before and after our arrival. She also allowed us to leave our luggage at the house before and after check-in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The house had everything we needed, even the smallest things.

Cons: The only inconvenience is the stairs to the right bedroom.

Fabulous stay in a lovely apartment!

Pros: Fabulous place to stay as a ‘home away from home’ when travelling. So many extras included in the place to allow for relaxing, cooking and cleaning of clothes. In a quiet part of Rome but still in walking distance from the main train terminal. Definitely recommend it.
