Comfy place for a short stay

Pros: We had a very late-night arrival, and the host kindly stayed in touch with us to make sure we could get into the apartment smoothly — for that we are very grateful. He was always available, friendly, and helpful, recommending nearby places for breakfast and lunch. Check-in was quick and easy thanks to his support. The apartment itself is small but very comfortable and well-equipped: always hot water, a working iron, a good hairdryer, ironing board, and even a drying rack. The apartment had everything for a short stay (the host left a few bottles of water, there were tea, coffee, spices, cleaning supplies). Everything was convenient and practical for a short stay.

Cons: The only small thing is that the bathroom faucet works a bit differently than usual — instead of pulling, you need to push it away. Once you figure it out, it’s no problem at all. Everything else was fine.

Pros: The apartment is complete with cook wares and kitchen utensils. Kind and friendly owner who allows us to check in early. Clean apartment.

Cons: The location is one metro stop away from Central Station. The walk from Central Station is about 15 to 20mins, a struggle to drag large luggage on the rough copper stones road.

Pros: Great location. Only 15 minutes walk from train/bus station and olny 20 minutes walk from colloseum. Acces to metro on next street. Apartment was small but has everything you need to enjoy city break on budget. Groceries shop close by.

Convenient apartment for a short stay if you’re gonna spend most of the time outside

Pros: The host Davide was soo helpful and a sweet guy. He explained us everything very clearly before check-in, sent the nearby cafe and supermarket locations and was available for every message.

Cons: It was abit too small with only one small window looking to the inner yard of the building. The wifi and personal hotspot didn’t work well, as the property was more of a bunker.

Pros: Davide was really nice and helpful and the flat was small, but perfect for a city break. We really enjoyed our stay. It was also very clean!

Pros: Το διαμέρισμα παρόλο που είναι μικρό (αναγράφεται βεβαίως από τον οικοδεσπότη )ειναι δίχωρο και διαθέτει πάρα πολλές παροχές οι οποίες κάνουν την διαμονή σας ευχάριστη,είτε πρόκειται για μια ημέρα είτε για περισσότερες!Περιέχει (εκτός από τα βασικά)φουρνάκι,εστίες μαγειρέματος,ψυγείο,,ηλεκτρικό βραστήρα,φρυγανιερα,καφέ, τσάι,λάδι ,μπαχαρικά και σκεύη μαγειρικής.Επίσης πολύ σημαντικό... πλυντήριο και στεγνωτήριο!Βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλό σημείο δίπλα στο Termini, σε περιοχή που όμως είναι ασφαλής για τις μετακινήσεις σας.Πεντακάθαρο ,με μινιμαλιστική διακόσμηση σε μια πολυκατοικία όπου επικρατεί απόλυτη ησυχία! Εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, ευγενικός και με διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσει με τον καλύτερο δυνατόν τρόπο τους επισκέπτες του! Ξεκάθαρα η καλύτερη επιλογή που θα μπορούσαμε να έχουμε κάνει για την διαμονή μας στην Ρώμη σε σχέση με άλλα καταλύματα που υπήρχαν διαθέσιμα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ και συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

Pros: Volvería a elegirlo si viajara a Roma. Ubicación muy buena, cerca de la estación Termini, pero apartado de la peor zona de la estación, con acceso rápido y fácil a todos los sitios turísticos. Al apartamento no le falta detalle, tiene de todo en un espacio muy reducido pero es cómodo. Especial mención al dueño atento, amable, muy cercano y dispuesto en todo momento a resolver cualquier cosa que necesitáramos, nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones también. Volveríamos a reservar en este apartamento sin duda. Gracias por todo!
