Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in the heart of Rome! The location is absolutely perfect – within walking distance of the main attractions, yet in a quiet and charming area. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome! 😊

Pros: Good location next to public transport and a short walk from the Colosseo, spacious apartment and comfortable bed!

Cons: The shower is very tight!

Pros: Great quirky little place, suited our needs. Handy location. Loved the cafe in the square

Great base for a 4 day trip to see the many beautiful sights of Rome

Pros: Very comfortable and well equipped appartment; great location for both train station, metro, excellent local bars and restaurants and just 15min walk to Colossem and onwards to all the major attractions.

Cons: The bathroom and shower in particular could do with a makeover but this didn't detract from the overall experience.

Loved it!

Pros: The flat looked exactly like in the photos. Clean, lovely design, we felt very comfortable. Although in the middle of a busy neighbourhood, the side street was very quiet, and so was the flat. Any questions we had were answered in very good time by the landlady. We walked to most of the points of interest, but metro and busses are located just around the corner. Easy access to supermarkets as well as local shops.

Cons: Dish washer was a bit of a squeeze to open

Stylish, nice, green, well equipped

Pros: Nice, clean, well equipped apartment, very close to the metro. The owner was nice and communicated well. We enjoyed being there.

Cons: Shower pressure was a bit weak, but it's not a big problem, we could use it.

Loft 49 is a great stay in Rome.

Pros: The loft is well appointed and cozy. Our host was very helpful and kind. Near the subway and about a $10 euro cab ride to the center with no traffic. Subway is nearby. A few spots nearby to grab a drink or coffee and snack.

Loft cosy et bien placé

Pros: Très bon emplacement, à 15mn de la gare Termini à pied, 15mn du Colisée, et métro juste à côté pour les trajets plus longs (Vatican). Loft agréable et lits confortables. Floriana a toujours été à l'écoute et réactive lorsque nous avons constaté que certaines choses ne fonctionnaient pas, ce qui peut arriver partout (bouilloire par exemple) elle est venue les remplacer.

Cons: Douche un peu petite, attention si vous êtes corpulent vous risquez d'y être à l'étroit.

great apartment ! Would definitely recommend.

Pros: this was a great apartment - really convenient location, right next to the tube and a short walk from the main station. The space was big and it was really well equipped. The host was fantastic and we were really grateful that she let us leave our luggage there on the last day after check out as that made things so much easier for us when waiting for our train. I would definitely stay here again and I would definitely recommend it.

Cons: The shower was not very good.
