Pros: Unfortunatelly they forgot to let the key we arrived at 3 AM , so we realised there is no keys , then the owner offered to pay uber to go to another apartment he manages to sleep there and next day we went back to the one we rented .

Great Apartment with easy access to transportation

Pros: The apartment was large enough for the 4 of us with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Close enough to the bus and regional train line that we used each day to get to the sights in Rome. The host Andrea was awesome, communicating with us almost instantly from the moment we booked to the time we checked out, providing us valuable information along the way.

Pros: El apartamento, tiene todas las comodidades y el anfitrión fue de gran ayuda.

Cons: La calefacción se apagaba pronto por las noches, a las nueve ya estaba frío el apartamennto,no obstante tienen bomba de calor y se solucionaba en quince minutos

Tutto bene!

Pros: Appartamento grande, con due stanze da letto, due bagni, salottino e grande cucina. Bello poter condividere con una coppia di amici e avere sia spazi per la convivialità che la privacy della propria stanza e bagno. Buona posizione e ben collegato con i mezzi. Buona comunicazione con i responsabili.

Cons: La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata e si dovrebbe dare qualche attenzione in più alle forniture, tipo sedie, armadi, etc… Uno dei termosifoni non funzionava, ma fortunatamente c’erano split con anche pompe di calore. Con un po’ più di attenzioni potrebbe essere ancora più confortevole.

Perfect accommodation for vacation.

Pros: The location was perfect. Apartment like on photos. Very convenient regarding transport - in 15 min in city center, 5 min walking distance from trainstation. Shops and restaurants around. Quiet neighborhood.

Pros: 滞在中、いつでもリアルタイムでやり取りができて応えてくれました。必要な物は全て揃っていて、子供向けのおもちゃもあります。洗濯機の洗剤もあったのは助かりました
