Pros: We liked the location of the accommodation very much: close to the metro station and supermarkets. The flat was spatious clean, warm (with an option to use A/C as an additional heater). The double bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, the sofa bed was alright. The owner gave us the keys and showed us around the flat and has shown how things work.
Cons: There was no electric kettle, so we boiled water in the saucepans provided. There was definitely not enough toilet paper provided (2 rolls) for 4 people for 8 days.

Nice apartment in a convenient location
Pros: A pleasant and quiet area with a very friendly host. The apartment was clean and well maintained, and had everything we were looking for. The bed was very comfortable, with cozy pillows and good bed linen. It is also conveniently located close to the metro station, making it quick and easy to get to central Rome.
Cons: The apartment felt cold despite warm radiators, and the floors were very cold, so indoor slippers are recommended. It was also quite noisy, especially in the bedroom with noticeable sounds from the neighbors upstairs. This did not bother us much, but may be an issue for noise-sensitive guests.

Pros: The apartment was very big and with all the amenities. The host met us. The flat is on the ground floor and that was very comfortable. Very safe building, near a metro station Travertino, 5 minutes walking.
Cons: Check out was a bit early - 10 AM

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at Caffarella Apartment. The apartment was spacious enough for the three of us, with excellent facilities. The rooms were large, clean, and warm, making our stay very comfortable. The area around has a lot of shops, supermarkets, and 2 metro stations reachable in a few minutes' walk. Mr. Vincenzo and Gianluca were very kind and helpful throughout our visit. Although there was a bit of initial confusion due to some communication issues, everything was sorted out smoothly, and we had a great experience in the end. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay!
Cons: The apartment was a bit dark, not enough bright due to the position of the apartment .

Pros: Miły właściciel, bardzo dobry stały kontakt. Bezpieczna okolica, mieszkanie dość duże i czyste, dostępne wszystkie podstawowe rzeczy w kuchni i łazience. Dwa duże wygodne łóżka. Bardzo blisko przystanek autobusowy, metro i dobrze zaopatrzony market oraz warzywniak. Polecamy 😃

Pros: + Gospodarz czekał na nas, aby osobiście przekazać nam klucze. Niestety nasz lot miał duże opóźnienie i dotarliśmy dopiero ok. 3 nad ranem. Dziękujemy za cierpliwość!

Pros: Appartement identique aux photos. Vinzencio nous a accueilli avec gentillesse. Studio propre, confortable et avec tout le nécessaire pour profiter dans le calme de notre séjour à Rome après des journées chargées en visites. De plus l immeuble,est sécurisé et on trouve à proximité magasins, métro et bus. Je recommande vraiment.
