Viam Villa Futura

Excelent!

Pros: Great location near the Jweish Ghetto - about 7 minute walk to the synagogue and the Kosher restaurants. Luxury Villa well equipped. The staff was very freindly and helpful with every question with quick responsiveness via email. We requested early check-in and got quick approval so we could check in when we got from airport. This is a great place for a family or for group of people.

Wonderful stay in Trastavere!

Pros: The villa is beautiful, the rooms are tastefully decorated, the showers and toilets were great, all the amenities inside the villa were spot on, from the coffee machine, to the dishwasher to the champagne glasses. The beds were very comfortable, I especially enjoyed the heated floors, perfect for November! The location of the villa was unbeatable, a variety of shops, cafes, trattorias on your door step, I miss getting up in the morning and wondering along for our morning coffee and pastry! The history of the villa was also interesting, home to a former artist and singer! It is tucked away just enough for street noise not be an issue (especially if you sleep in the ground floor room, no noise there at all)! The area itself is lively and vibrant, as women travelling alone at no point did we feel unsafe. The cobbled streets and twinkly lights were the perfect backgrop to our stay. The communication from the property was also really good, prompt responses before and during our stay.

Cons: The villa wasn't as clean as we would have liked, whilst the bedding was fresh and clean, there were quite a few hairs on the bedding, which was a bit unpleasant. The villa was also a bit dusty and there were hairs inside the bathroom, behind the bin. It's a pity as if it wasn't for this, it would have received a perfect score from me. Not so bad as to deter me from booking again though! They were perhaps in a rush to accommodate our early check in which we appreciated, however not at the expense of a proper clean. There was also an unpleasant smell that we think came from the drains, you noticed it when you walked into the villa from street, after a while of being in the villa, you got used to it. I don't think there was much they could do, we had a similar issue in a Tuscan villa we rented a few years ago, same smell and they told us it was the drains then!

A fabulous stay in a brilliant villa, with a superb location!

Pros: The location was fantastic and the breakfasts at Ercoli worked extremely well.

Pros: Great location, excellent apartment, good contact with host, exceptional breakfast in a great restaurant

Cons: Smell in the ground floor bedroom annoyed us a bit

A fantastic villa in which to spend a holiday in Rome.

Pros: A charming property with stunning interior and extremely comfortable furnishings. The street is very quiet, but cafes and excellent restaurants all in close proximity. All the main sights are within walking distance.

Pros: Everything was perfect: good location near wonderful restaurants and markets in Trastevere, very clean and spacious house(we were 7), good facilities and wonderful decoration. The house has a beautiful charm . Highly recommended. Our best choice with booking till now. Francesco was very kind and helpful

Pros: Kalabalik gruplar icin ideal. Her odanin kendine ait banyo&tuvaleti var. Konumu cok iyi yuruyerek cogu yere ulasabildik. Ev sahibine danismak istedigimiz her konuda bize hizlica destek oldu. Kalabalik grupla tekrar tekrar tercih edecegimiz bir yer!!

Pros: Nice modern design and furniture. Location is amazing. Room at the top floor is great. Entry is by code so you don't need keys.

Cons: Lots of locked doors. Layout and flow of the apartment - especially Kitchen and Dining - is a bit odd.
