Perfect for a family or couple which prefers a more local area than a dense city centre

Pros: The guest was so welcoming and responsive. The apartment is so cosy and fully functional. Besides that the apartment is 5 minutes away to Colli Albani metro station which is 15min away from Termini main railway station and 20min from Centro Storico. In the area there are many caffès, bistros, restaurants and foccacerias. Last but not least, 5 minutes away, there is the huge Parco della Caffarella perfect for a morning run or walk in a wild area in the city heart. I would definitely come back.

Exceptional

Pros: The apartment is brand new and tastefully decorated and it was extremely clean. We liked all the attention to details and the fact that it was a child-friendly apartment. They provided us with a free crib (and some cute toys) which made our stay so much better! This was highly appreciated! We also loved the location, it was quiet and just a short walk from the Colli Albani metro station, so we could always reach the city center quickly. There are also many shops, small restaurants and pharmacies around. Also, a special thank you to the host, who was always very nice and responsive. We also appreciated the wine we received as a welcome gift, a very nice touch! :)

Superbe

Pros: Superbe logement dans un quartier aux abords du centre ville (Colli Albani), très familial qui dispose de nombreux magasins et commodités (bus et métro directs pour le centre ville). Le logement était neuf, super propre et très bien équipé. Le propriétaire était très gentil et accueillant, il nous a accueilli à notre arrivée sur les lieux avec en prime un cadeau de bienvenue. L'Italie comme on l'aime :)

Zawsze będę bardzo dobrze wspominać zarówno pod względem lokalizacji, sympatycznych i pomocnych wlasiciceli jak i udogod

Pros: Czystość, udogodnienia, sympatyczni i zaangażowani właściciele. Lokalizacja nie jest w samym centrum Rzymu jednak jest blisko metro. W okolicy są super lokalne sklepy gdzie mogliśmy kupić naprawdę przepyszna pizzę, desery.

Pros: Struttura nuovissima, tutto molto pulito e confortevole. L’ho scelta anche per l’ottima posizione a due passi dalla metro e dai servizi. L’host Gianni è sempre stato gentilissimo e le comunicazioni sono state molto utili! Ci tornerò sicuramente!!
