Felt super welcome and at home, flat is very clean and location is great

Pros: The host was great, super sweet and always available to answer any question. She even went above and beyond to help me finding some gluten free restaurants in the area! The communication was very easy. The flat is great, very clean and super convenient. There is Air conditioning too (which came handy as we stayed in the property during the hottest weekend in Rome in 2025!) Great location, the metro station Baldo degli Ubaldi (Linea A) is 2 min by walk, and then it is very easy to get to all the main attractions in Rome.

Pros: This apartment was very nice, cozy, and comfortable, and ideally located very close to a metro station. A pharmacy and grocery store were conveniently located just around the corner. The apartment itself was very clean, bright, and well-equipped. The host thoughtfully provided free coffee, tea, and snacks. Communication with the host was very easy and pleasant. I would definitely choose this apartment again if I'm in Rome.

Pros: I recently stayed at this accommodation, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! The house is incredibly clean and tidy, with every detail carefully taken care of. The owner is very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. He gave us great advice about the area and made sure we had everything we needed, without ever being intrusive. Just the right level of hospitality to make you feel at home! If you’re looking for a well-kept, comfortable place managed by a warm and welcoming host, this is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to come back!

Pros: Apartamento organizado, limpo, bem localizado (ônibus e metrô) e de muito bom gosto. Silencioso em um bairro tranquilo. Atendimento excelente. Eu indico sem dúvidas esse apartamento! Fomos muito bem tratados e tivemos uma estadia tranquila.

Massima soddisfazione

Pros: Ho alloggiato con il mio compagno 2 notti qui ed è stato tutto perfetto. Padroni di casa molto disponibili e che ci hanno accolto con cortesia, facendoci fare il giro della casa e spiegandoci i servizi. In salotto c’era un utile depliant con elencati i ristoranti e le attrazioni in zona da visitare; in cucina c’erano in omaggio prodotti per la colazione o merenda. La posizione dell’appartamento è comodissima essendo vicina sia a una fermata della metro sia a diverse fermate del pullman, dunque si arriva in centro città molto velocemente. In sintesi: cortesia, comodità, pulizia e un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Torneremo sicuramente!

Pros: El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado. Llegamos desde el bus del aeropuerto sin problemas y después nos movimos en metro y colectivos. El Anfitrión súper con su indicaciones. El departamento es muy completo, las camas súper cómodas y muy bien equipado. Muy recomendable

Pros: Очень уютная и хорошая квартира. Доброделательная хозяйка с нами была постоянно на связи. В квартире очень чисто.вся необходимая посуда была. Духовка,посуда, сковородки... квартира в очегь тихом районе. Мы спали с открытими окнами и было очегь спокойно... замечательная девушка которая нас встретила )))Очень классное геоположение.С аэропорта добираться очень легко. Всю инструкцию нам прислали( спасибо огромное) . С этой же остановки и добирались обратно в аэропорт. От остановки 2-3 минуты и вы в квартире. Ни на секунду не пожалели, что выбрали вашу квартиру. В жизни квартира больше чем на фотографиях.
