Pros: The apartment is close to the metro and bus routes, grocery shops, and cafes. The historic centre of Rome is about 20 minutes by public transport from the apartment. We were amazed by the view and enjoyed meals on the terrace (there are rwo). Rooms are very spacious, and the apartment is very well equipped, including some basic food like sugar, coffee, and salt, which I personally appreciate a lot.

Cons: It was not a problem for us, but it should be clear that the lift only comes up to the floor below. Also, in the long summer days, someone's sleep could be bothered by the light from the many windows (great for the views though) without darker curtains or blinds.

The owner was attentive, and always ready to offer helpful advice about the best spots to visit in Rome. His hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay even more special. Whether you're planning a romantic getaway or a family trip, this place truly fits the bill.

Pros: 景色がとても綺麗でした。 また、ウェルカムドリンクやスナックに素敵なお手紙を添えて出迎えてくれて嬉しかったです。 オーナーは色々な質問に丁寧に応えてくれて、とても親切でした。

Cons: エアコンが動かず冬でしたので朝がとても寒かったです。 でも、修理を試みてくれました。 また、排水溝やキッチンの汚れが少し目立ちました。

Pros: This place is hidden gym, we was blown away by this apartment. The view, layout and cleanness was incredible

Pros: Die Aussicht ist sensationell. Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig. Die Metro ist nur wenige Meter entfernt und bringt sie sehr schnell in die Stadt.

Cons: Die Einrichtung ist mit Ausnahme eines Schlafzimmers schon Recht alt und bedarf der Renovierung . Eine Spülmaschine wäre auch super

Pros: Lokalizacja obiektu. Blisko Watykanu. Przy stacji metra. Doskonale skomunikowane miejsce. Bajeczne widoki z dwóch wielkich tarasów. Bardzo duży apartament.

Pros: Appartement dans une résidence très calme avec une vue magnifique sur la ville à proximité des commodités et à 20 munites du centre historique. Parfait pour un séjour à Rome.

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, quando ritorneremo a Roma lo terrò in considerazione

Pros: É facile raggiungere il centro perché la fermata della metro è vicina, però allo stesso tempo si trova in una zona abbastanza tranquilla

Cons: In cucina abbiamo notato la presenza di alcune formiche e il soffione della doccia non si incastra bene

Pros: La vue depuis la petite terrasse au coucher de soleil et au réveil du matin est absolument merveilleuse . L'emplacement est génial, avec le métro aux pieds de l'immeuble desservant les zones les plus touristiques. L'appartement est grand, bien agencé et plutôt bien meublé. Vraiment très bien....
