Pros: Spacious apartment in a great location close to the metro for easy access to the Vatican and Central Rome.

Pros: Our host Henrico was just totally awesome. Went waaay beyond simply providing good clean spacious accommodation right ontop of metro stop. He also gave us loads of tourist advice and recommended the best restaurant walking distance from apartment. We would HIGHLY recommend this accommodation to any other travelers

A big Italian family apartment that will keep the kids entertained in the evening

Pros: Enrico is a fab host, who has put a lot of effort into making the apartment a good place to stay. He personally welcomes you and shows you around the flat. He's put together some local restaurant lists and a DIY tour of the sights. We booked this because the price was very good and there was a snooker table for the kids and they loved it and it kept them entertained in the evening. Rooms are a good size and there's 3 terraces, 1 small but 2 a couple or a few people could sit out on. It's right next to the metro which is a huge bonus as you can get anywhere easily and cheaply. There's a good little supermarket across the roads and loads of cafe/takeout places nearby. It also had a smart TV for those that consider this an important detail.

Cons: There was nothing not to like. The main area with the snooker table was different to the photo as it had more chairs in it and less space than we thought, but you can easily move stuff around. The kitchen is well equipped but smallish (we ate out at night), and the snooker table doubles as the only main table if you want to sit in for a meal. That didnt bother us at all. We were 4 adults and 4 kids and we had no issues. I suppose because it did feel a bit dated and it wasn't like I'd imagined from the photos I could give a 9, but actually it didn't matter in the end so I can't really mark it down. It's on the 4th floor - with an old fashioned lift. I'd only drop a point for lack of a modern feel, but I didn't because it didn't matter to us.

Great flat for a weekend with friends in a local neighbourhood

Pros: Enrico is such a fantastic host and his place was perfect for a weekend with friends in Rome. We were 10 of us and we have enough space to sleep in 3 rooms and then socialise in the living room playing pool. The flat has many facilities which make our stay super easy. We met Enrico during the check-in, he was very helpful with local tips and very responsive on the chat. He allowed us to leave our bags until late which we really appreciate. Truly recommend it!

Hidden gem

Pros: Enrico the host was brilliant. Greeted me at the door and shared lots of recommendations for our short visit. The appartment itself is great, perfect for a family (or a group of 10 friends visiting for the Ryder Cup!).

Pros: Large rooms, good location only 3 stops from the Vatican by subway. Two minutes to the subway station. Supermarket and many small coffee shops nearby.

Pros: Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Posizione perfetta, appartamento molto comodo.

Pros: Apartament w spokojnej lokalizacji. Bardzo blisko do metra i autobus. Przestronny.

Parfait pour un séjour entre amis/famille

Pros: la situation de l'appartement l'accueil personnalisé avec des horaires avancés la qualité des couchages

Cons: la propreté - douche bouchée (mais dans l'ensemble ça allait)

Eccezionale

Pros: Posizione perfetta, a pochissimi passi dalla fermata della metro, servita benissimo

Cons: Se proprio si volesse trovare un difetto, un po' fredda al mattino. L' impianti di riscaldamento parte alle 14.00 e i condizionatori non funzionano a pompa di calore
