Pros: We booked this apartment twice. Returning here after a few days of traveling in Italy was like coming home. Excellent location – 2 minutes from the metro and buses. Large and spacious apartment in a quiet area of ​​Rome. 5 minutes' walk from the airport shuttle. Several inexpensive chain supermarkets are nearby. Roberta, the host, is very communicative and welcoming. The apartment has been recently renovated and has 2 bathrooms. The highlight of the apartment is the quiet courtyard – simply superb. Parking is a 5-minute walk away for those arriving by car. €25 per day.

Pros: L'esperienza presso la casa di Anna è stata molto positiva da tutti i punti di vista: Roberta, la figlia di Anna, è stata sempre attenta nei confronti dell'ospite ed ha garantito un ottimo livello di comunicazione. Il ritiro delle chiavi di casa è avvenuto in presenza e mi sono state date tutte le informazioni necessarie per un rilassante soggiorno. L'appartamento è organizzato molto bene (in cucina, in bagno, in camera, c'è la lavatrice in un mobile dedicato ed organizzato a misura) ed offre un livello di silenziosità impareggiabile: per me che ho fatto turni di lavoro di notte è stato fantastico. I collegamenti con il resto della città sono molteplici e frequenti. Nei dintorni il quartiere è tranquillo ed offre a pochi passi tutti i servizi di cui si può aver bisogno: un centro commerciale, farmacia, ufficio postale, metropolitana. Pros: Cet appartement est comme neuf. Tout a été refait en 2024. Il y règne une odeur de mobilier en bois neuf. Il offre aussi un agréable jardin du côté des 2 chambres. Le salon avec TV smart est spacieux. Deux salles de douches avec chacune son WC, flambant neuves. La cuisine équipée avec petit balcon situé au-dessus de l'entrée de l'immeuble. L'endroit est très calme, coupé de la circulation. Avec radiateurs et airco pour chauffer chaque pièce. Proche de tout, avec accès au métro et bus vers le centre de Rome. Je prenais le bus 46 dans l'avenue Aurélia car la vue y est plus agréable pour passer devant le Vatican et traverser le Tibre. Cet appartement est très bien situé. Et on y dort comme un \

Cons: L'hôtesse, Roberta, est très serviable. D'une cordialité exemplaire. Et facilement disponible puisqu'elle habite aussi dans l'immeuble. Je recommande sincèrement ce logement aux touristes respectueux de la qualité offerte.

Clean space near the metro

Pros: Located steps from a metro stop, close to the Vatican and a quick metro ride to the historic center, this apartment was spacious. We loved the patio space and in unit laundry!

Cons: A couple of basics were missing when we checked in (toilet paper, handsoap) but the host was very quick to correct this and have supplies sent!

Pros: Szczerze polecam! Wyjątkowo miła Pani Właścicielka, bardzo pomocna! Apartament na bardzo wysokim poziomie, czyściutko, wszystko w mieszkaniu pięknie przygotowane. Apartament przestronny, ogródek, lokalizacja świetna.

Pros: Po zabookowaniu , bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodynią. Wszystko bardzo dobrze wytłumaczone, mimo później pory przybycia, gospodyni osobiście na nas czekała. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste , w pełni wyposażone, klimatyzacja ( co przy takim upale , było zbawienne). Znakomita lokalizacja, 300m do stacji metra. Mieszkanie posiada ogródek , w którym wieczorem po całym dniu zwiedzania, można usiąść i na spokojnie wypocząć i wypić drinka.Gospodyni przesympatyczna, bardzo pomocna. Z całego serca polecam.
