Lovely apartment - 5 floors up - in quiet block - felt very secure - close to Colosseum and metro.

Pros: It would have been good to have known the key collection arrangements in advance...Just couldn't get hold of the owner quite when we needed to - but, once inside - we were very happy with the apartment. Please tell others that the 5 peers to Scala 5 :-)

Cons: Couldn't open washing machine door

Newly renovated, very good location

Pros: The place was really clean, two separate rooms with double beds, TV and 3 towels per person. The apartment is in 5th floor, that's why you can not hear noise from outside and this apartment is newly renovated. Location also is very good, near to Colosseum. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Pros: Everything was excellent, the location is top! Everything is new and comfortable. The whole building and location gives safe, warm and cozy feeling.. Right at the entrance of the building is the bus station with different directions. Next to the property are restaurants, cafés and supermarkets like Conad, Carreffour Express, Pewex, there are two pharmacies across the entrance.. The Metro Station \

Pros: Vicina alla fermata della metro A Manzoni, due fermate dopo Termini. All’interno sono presenti tutte le comodità necessarie per trascorrere un ottimo soggiorno: ogni stanza è ben fornita. Poco prima del nostro arrivo il proprietario ci ha fornito indicazioni precise su come entrare all’interno della struttura, per cui non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di problema al nostro arrivo, e si è sempre reso disponibile per eventuali dubbi e chiarimenti. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Vacanze romane con amici

Pros: Appartamento sito al 5 piano del palazzo. Locali di recente ristrutturazione con due camere molto spaziose e carine. Cucina con quello che serve. Locali puliti. Ottima comunicazione con gestori. Molto vicino a chiesa di Santa Maria Maggiore. Consigliato anche per coppie.

Cons: Via Merulana un po' trafficata anche in ore notturne e per chi ha il sonno leggero potrebbe essere un problema.

Pros: Alloggio in zona centrale, ma tranquilla: abbiamo soggiornato in un fine settimana e siamo riusciti a riposare molto bene. Le camere sono molto spaziose e pulite. Ottima tenuta dell’acqua calda per la doccia (eravamo in 4). La struttura è ben fornita di mezzi pubblici nelle vicinanze.
