Spacious apartment for small family

Pros: Location: about 18min walk to termini station and 18mins to colosseum. 8min walk to metro Supermarket just 2min away, but the there’s another one 6mins away which is better and cheaper 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom suitable for groups and families

Cons: Shower cube really small with shower curtain, if you pull up the shower curtain, you will definitely be touching it when you shower and it’s not exactly the cleanest curtain, but if you don’t use it, you will flood the floor. Even if you are using the shower curtain, you will still flood the floor as it’s just too small for putting toiletries inside and we can only leave it on sink top. Apartment itself is a bit old, marks on the wall etc but nothing too major Kitchen is small and basic,not many pots and pans also there no microwave. No proper lounge/living room, just a TV with 2 armchairs.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay! Host was nice enough to give some recommendations and allowing us to check out slightly

Pros: Location is great, you get amenities nearby like pharmacy, supermarket, cafe, etc. The unit doesn’t feel hot during summer. It is also convenient to have proper kitchen with appliances and kitchenware. There’s 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with bidet. The cafe below called lightcoffee&bistrot was a plus! Reasonable price and pastry was nice.

Cons: Probably the shower area, although there’s shower curtain, we had to be careful not to splash out too much water when showering as it might flood the floor. Would be great to have more seating at the lounge area too, like a couch.

The accomodation was lovely and the host was fantastic. Will stay again

Pros: The host met us at the property and showed us through. The host was wonderful and we could not have asked for better service

Super Wohnung, um Rom zu erkunden

Pros: Die Wohnung liegt perfekt und ist sehr ruhig. Bequeme Betten, eine kleine Küche und alles sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung reicht für eine Ferienwohnung. Es stimmt, dass die Bäder etwas älter sind und die Duschen klein sind und nur einen Duschvorhang haben. Mich hat es an meine Kindheit erinnert und nicht gestört. Francesco hat uns super Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Für mich der perfekte Ausgangsort, um Dom zu erkunden. Vieles ist fußläufig zu erreichen und Monti ist ein netter Stadtteil.

Pros: A comunicação com o dono, a localização e o conforto das camas!

Cons: J'ai tout apprécié mais une cafetière aurait été la bienvenue

Pros: Todo genial, desde el trato de Francesco hasta lo cómodo y limpio del apartamento. Bien ubicado, comodidad de las camas y limpieza. Buen precio.

Pros: The facility was in a good status. Met our needs. I was traveling with my family and mom all together. The apartment has 2 toilets, each equipped w showers so I didn't have to queue to use the bathroom. Also a small kitchen allowed us to prepare some food and off course helped us maintain the budget. But it is important to remark the hospitality and friendly support given by Francesco who explained everything about the apartment as well as gave us some tips about how to get to some places as well as some restaurant recommendations. Really recommend the place.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like. Whenever we had something that concerned us, I just contacted Francesco and he promptly addressed that

Pros: Bardzi dobra lokalizacja. Przestronne pokoje. Wspólna przestrzeń, 2 łazienki, winda w budynku. Apartment jest wyposażony we wszytsko co nie zbędne. Bardzo pomocna właścicielka😊

Cons: Małe brodziki prysznicowe bez kabin.

Buen alojamiento para estancia en grupo en Roma

Pros: El alojamiento estuvo bien ubicado y tenía todas las comodidades para una estancia en Roma. Francesco fue muy atento y pendiente de que no nos falte nada, ofreciendo flexibilidad y apoyo.

Cons: Todo estuvo bien.
