Spacious apartment in a perfect location with great hospitality and helpful guidance — a wonderful stay in Rome!

Pros: Excellent location — the bus stop was just down the street, making it easy to explore the city. The Colosseum was within walking distance, and the person who handed over the keys was very polite and guided us with all the details about the apartment. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable.

Cons: Nothing major, everything was as expected.

Pros: For the price and location, this spacious apartment was excellent. The air conditioning and construction of the building kept the apartment cool temperature wise during the hottest time of the year.

Cons: There was no ironing board and iron. Also, it would have been nice to have a full length mirror.

Lovely stay in a large apartment in a very central location

Pros: Very spacious for Rome. Central to many things with buses out the front , trams minutes away and metro 10 min walk. Great restaurant nearby. Very good host services

Pros: Perfect location for the few days in Rome - 15 minutes walk to Coloseo and Termini. Spacoius apartment, Perfect for 4 people with typical italian style and equipment. Communication was good, serviceman helpful and friendly. No problems with check-in and check-out.

Cons: Noisy street & smell of Asian Food Restaurant outside the windows. Too soft matress in both beds but could have been worse.

Autentyczny i wygodny apartament

Pros: Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w tym apartamencie. Na początek bardzo sprawny kontakt i miłe przywitanie. Mieszkanie w starym włoskim stylu, z pięknymi meblami i wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Byliśmy w lutym, ale było ciepło, w nocy grzały kaloryfery. Dobre lokalizacja, w okolicy dużo restauracji i sklepów. Dobre jedzenie nawet na parterze budynku .Piechotą blisko do Koloseum, parę kroków od domu autobusy i tramwaje, niedaleko również od stacji pociągu z lotniska. Bardzo dobrze spędziliśmy tam czas i możemy uczciwie polecić :)

Pros: Buena ubicacion con trasportes cercanos y lugares para desayunar y cenar.

Cons: Uno de los colchones se le empieza a notar los muelles. No es mucho pero deberia revisarse lo antes posible, por lo demas muy bien, el baño es grande y está limpio, la cocina es amplia y equipada con lo necesario.

Pros: Todo bien! La atención excelente. Cerca del coliseo. La zona muy linda.

Pros: Très bon emplacement pour les visites comme pour les commerces à proximité (supermarchés), lits confortables, grande télévision, présence d'une machine à laver, très calme malgré la rue passante,.

Cons: Manque d'équipements de cuisine : pas de four micro-onde, une seule poêle en très mauvais état, frigo ancien, difficile de faire la vaisselle.
