Charming apartment probably not for first time travelers

Pros: We recently stayed in a nice apartment in the prime Trastevere area and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, with bus stops just seconds away, a wonderful Indian restaurant on the ground floor, and numerous other dining options within a short walk. There's even a drinking water fountain nearby, which was very convenient. The apartment itself had thoughtful touches that made our stay pleasant, such as playing cards, chargers, travel adapters, sanitizers, masks, candies, etc.

Cons: The apartment is situated in the prime Trastevere area, offering easy access to buses, taxis, and numerous restaurants. However, there are a few considerations to keep in mind. While the location is vibrant and convenient for dining out, be prepared to walk at least 20 minutes one way to visit any major Rome attractions. This proved to be a challenge for us, especially as first-time visitors traveling with elderly family members, necessitating frequent taxi rides. Additionally, parking is a significant issue. The apartment lacks a dedicated parking space, and parking in front is not an option due to the busy one-way street. Consequently, we had to arrange for private parking, which came at an extra cost of €30 per day.

Perfect location for exploring Rome by foot

Pros: Very friendl owners, fast and helpful communication, perfect location very close to the bars and restaurants of Trastevere but just outside so that it's also quiet at night.

Pros: Nicola was fantastic, couldn’t be more helpful. He greeted us with a bottle of Prosecco. The unit was the best we have had at this price range.
