Flatinrome Trastevere Complex

Rooms were good. Location was great. Kitchen was perfectly fine. Great option for a simple stay.

Pros: Location. Staff were friendly. Quiet street very close to lots of nightlife.

Cons: The building's staircase area was untidy, including some metal poles left near the door to our apartment. They could easily have been tidied away.

Beautiful old town apartment with clean rooms and comfy beds. Perfect for groups.

Pros: The flat was amazingly beautiful and the beds (couch included) were super comfy. Lovely location with many restaurants around.

Cons: The shower is a little bit uncomfortable as the shower rose is attached directly to the wall. But this is just a minor issue which didn’t affect the quality of our stay.

Some negatives, but overall would recommend. Great value for money

Pros: Comfortable location. A lot of room for a lot of people. Good luggage storage I will recommend to friends despite a few negative things, I think it’s great value for money

Cons: I think the property was not clean. I did not like the fact the we had to not just clean after ourselves but throw the rubbish away etc, or else we would have been fined. The bed sheets were strange, as suppose to a duvet cover, it was sheet-duvet-sheet The siphon in both bathrooms was clogged

Pros: I travelled with my friends and we chose to book this apartment. We think it clean and comfortable.

Wonderful stay in Trastevere!

Pros: This is the perfect place to stay if you have a large group!! So many beds, the airconditioning is incredible, and despite being so close to Rome, you feel so far and safe and cozy! The host was incredible, checked in on us, made sure everything was okay and even gave recommendations for some troubles we were having (unrelated to our stay). We had a very traumatic first day in Rome, but this flat gave us a safe haven. I would absolutely stay here again. The beds were comfy, pillows were great! Very clean and they even provided a bed for our baby!!

Cons: NOT REALLY A NEGATIVE*** however, I will say, there are a lot of stairs! This wasn't a problem for us! If it is for you, I would book flat C or B!

Pros: The staff were very helpful and responded promptly when we needed assistance. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is convenient for restaurants and for most of the sites if you don't mind leisurely strolls through the streets of Rome.

Cons: There is only one card for the room and the power goes off when you take the card but they explained why and that was OK. The room stayed reasonable cool with the air conditioning off so it did not take long for the house to cool down

I highly recommend this place for those who want to enjoy Rome like a local, especially for large families.

Pros: Located in a quiet area of Trastevere, I was able to relax and enjoy my time. The staff's quick and accurate responses provided a great sense of security.

Walked 7+ miles a day in Rome's summer heat & returned to an airconditioned quiet apartment, nice.

Pros: The location was great. Most sites were a 20—to 30-minute walk away. There were also restaurants down the street from us, and we discovered on our last day that there was a grocery store within 5 minutes' walking distance. Overall, the location was great.

Cons: One of the showers had a temperature issue. I waited until we left to suggest they look into it. It was still usable, and we didn't want to worry about workers coming in and out if it wasn't an easy fix.

Big spacious flat , good location

Pros: Location great , nice host , easy to deal with . Loads of space , 2 bathrooms nicely done , strong hot showers

Cons: Lots of steps 60 in total to get to flat but keeps you fit . Flat itself needs a makeover , little bit dated everywhere . Dishwasher didn’t work so had to hand wash everything . Needs a lick of paint and some new furniture/ fittings to reach its potential

Basic good apartement, good for groups

Pros: Good area. Close to a lot of restaurants in a vibrant area.. But apartement is located in quiet street. Good for groups and easy checkin. Excellent to visit Rome!

Cons: Could be a bit more clean, especially bathroom. Only one key for a big group is limited.
