Pros: We had a wonderful stay as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment was exceptionally clean and much more spacious than we expected, providing plenty of room for all of us. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Trastevere, close to everything but still offering a comfortable atmosphere. The hosts, Ekaterina and Flavia, were very helpful and professional. We highly recommend this place for families!

Pros: Communication was great from the get go! The place had everything thats needed plus more, all the little extra bits like coffee etc. Best bit was the location! Overall perfect stay 👌🏼..thank you so much!

Great bella place in Trastevere!

Pros: Great place to stay on the outer edge of historic Trastevere (which is a benefit as it is probably quieter that way)! Very stylishly designed and nicely appointed. Excellent and top-quality coffee and tea provided for breakfast and relaxation. Easy taxi access right in front of your door.

Cons: Minor point, but kitchen was not well stocked enough to make your own meals at home.

Like a family home

Pros: we like the confort of the house, check in was very easy, cominication was very polite and warm.

Pros: Good location in a great area. Very good for public transport links. Excellent for restaurants and lively night life. Very spacious.

Cons: Noisy in evenings. Some aspects eg. bathroom, kitchen electrics, windows need updating.

Very nice place if a big noise is not a problem for you

Pros: + very good location + spacious rooms (we rented it for 3 people, but 6 will stil fit in well) + good contact with owners + availability of all type of kitchen equiptment including tea/coffee and mokka

Cons: - terrible noise from the street; it was difficult to sleep even with closed windows (and we are not people who usually complains about it) - tiny shower without a shower head that could be hold in hand - rather poor wifi signal - scale in the kettle

Perfect for our family stay in Rome.

Pros: Perfect location and so much room for our family with all the amenities we needed.

Cons: A little noisy from the bar downstairs but we were so tired from our daily activities it didn’t really bother us.

Pleasant and comfortable stay.

Pros: Air conditioning in all the rooms so the apartment was always a cool temperature. So much space , rooms were huge. Location was excellent.

Cons: Shower was very small

Fab 3 night stay 3 adults one teen April 2024

Pros: Very clean, super comfy beds and very spacious in a great location. Nicely decorated throughout. We messaged the host on arrival who buzzed us into the building and also the apartment and the keys were on the table. Very well appointed kitchen with coffee machine and pods as well as stove top espresso pot and coffee provided. Host communicated very well. Air conditioning throughout. Lovely double doors opening out onto the street from both bedrooms. Fantastic sofa bed which had been made up in advance which our 15 year old made use of. Easy access to restaurants and bars and in a quieter area of Trastevere which is better for sleeping!

Cons: Worth knowing but nothing that detracted from our stay - Quite a lot of steps up to the apartment at around 54 but definitely manageable. Bathroom door would benefit from greater privacy as it has a large frosted pane of glass and faces directly towards the shower. A curtain on the inside would do the job as the bathroom is on the main thoroughfare between the living room and kitchen. Also no lock on the door. Expect some noise til late from the bars and cafes on the street below (to be expected in Rome) but having these on your doorstep is also a big benefit. Struggled to locate a plug point in the kitchen for all the supplied appliances. Finally found a single extension socket coming up from behind the fridge. Would be good to make this more obvious. Information that the city tax wasn't included in the room rate only apparent shortly before arrival and payable by cash on checking out. This came to 72 Euro for the 4 of us for the 3 nights and you need to factor this into your budget.

Very well located

Pros: The apartment was great and very spacious, with a good kitchen and a laundry machine. The location was great.

Cons: The beds weren’t so good and the Building didn’t have elevator. We had to carry the lugage upstairs. And the apartment was on the 3rd floor.
