Excellent location and great apartment

Pros: Excellent location- right next to the Re di Roma metro station (line A). There are plenty of shops nearby (fruit and vegetable stores, fresh bread, two supermarkets), as well as cafés, restaurants, and osterias in the neighborhood. For example, you can grab a quick espresso, buy fresh bread and vegetables within 7 minutes, and be back in the apartment. If you prefer walking, it’s just 10 minutes to San Giovanni in Laterano and about 30 minutes to the Colosseum. The apartment is very clean and feels brand new- you get the impression you’re the first guest. New and comfortable beds, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, plenty of pillows, and a fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommended!

Pros: The property is spacious and very clean. All rooms had a good, functioning, modern AC. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, ironing board and a washing machine! The owner was very helpful. The building is served by a lift. The area looks safe. The Metro stop is conveniently just around the corner and there are bars, restaurants and even a mini market very nearby. Worth it!!

Spotless, clean and pleasant stay in Rome

Pros: Perfect stay for us, it was very clean, quitet and very accessible to stores. As soon as we arrived, the staff called on whtsapp and made sure if we need anything which was very nice and caring, everything that one would need to feel at home was available. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting rome. I will definitely go for this place once again if i come to Rome in future.

Pros: The stay at the apartment was wonderful! The location is excellent, with easy access to the center of Rome and public transportation nearby. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet but has plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The host was extremely attentive and helpful, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome and hope to return soon! 🙂

Modern apartment, great stay!

Pros: Modern, clean, with everything you need in a 3 bedroom apartment including washing machine and dishwasher, plus an elevator up to the apartment. Close to metro and supermarket. Highly recommend.

Cons: Would have loved a sofa in the kitchen area as you walk in as that’s where the tv is.

Pros: Great communication with Andrea, manager. The apartment is newly reconstructed and looks brand new. It has 3 bedrooms, two beautiful modern bathrooms and a large kitchen. The beds are excellent! Air-conditioning in every room. Location is very good, windows to a quiet street. Metro 2 minutes. Buses 5 - 11 minutes. Many thanks, Andrea!
