Pros: Check-in to the apartment was explained perfectly. The apartment is much better than in the photos and reviews. Everything is clean and modern, including the bathroom; the water pressure in the shower is completely normal and there is plenty of hot water. You get enough towels, soap, and a mix of shower gel and shampoo, and there are even two hairdryers. The Wi-Fi works well, as does the heating (both the AC and the radiator). The kitchen has more than enough dishes and cookware for cooking. The location is excellent — there are plenty of local cafés, trattorias, and shops nearby, and the metro station is only a 3-minute walk away. They respond to messages immediately, even late at night. We had a small issue where one key broke, and they resolved it right away without any problems. We were really impressed by how quickly they fixed the issue and by their kindness. Maybe just bring your own slippers, since there are no carpets. We stayed in Room A.

Pleasant apartment in a nice area

Pros: Apartment is nice, walkable distance to city center (30min-1h) depending where you want to go. Metro is also close by. Comfortable bed and equipped with basic necessities. Key collection 10 min away but available 24h and convenient if you don't have big luggage.

Cons: The shower is a struggle (pressure low and longer wait for hot water) but manageable. We bought coffee and shampoo and stuff that was missing and left it there, hopefully they leave it for next people.

Pros: The location is near to metro. The apartment is clean.

Cons: We have to collect the key from and return the key to another place, about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. This is very inconvenient as we have heavy luggage

I was with my child for two nights in visit to Rome, perfect.

Pros: The apartment was recently renewed. Top notch. Good connections and easy to find. Even as we arrived earlier that 4pm for check in, they let us bring in the bags. Hostess was kind and forth coming. If I revisit Rome, will check them first out. Recommended. I wish I had been able to stay longer.

Cons: Absolutely nothing.

Pros: clean and new, nice bathroom, comfortable bed grocery shop just below MA subway 100 m away bus station 200 m away

Cons: could be some noise from the upstairs, but mostly you are exhausted from Rome experience, so it doesn’t matter

Pros: El apartamento era amplio y limpio. Tenía todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. Muy bien comunicado y con un horno debajo del edificio y diferentes tiendas de comestibles y un restaurante.

Cons: IMPORTANTE: El cabal del agua de la ducha era insuficiente. Deben poner remedio urgente. Es impossible ducharse con comodidad y menos lavarse la cabeza. Una lástima ya que en el resto del apartamento el agua salía bien.

Acogedor pero faltaron cosas.

Pros: Era cómodo y práctico, la cama era cómoda y la habitación era espaciosa.

Cons: No había televisión en ningún sitio, la ducha no funcionaba te tenías que duchar con la alcachofa saliendo el agua con poca presión y cada dos por tres empezaba a salir fría el agua. A de más la calefacción está puesta durante todo el día y no se puede regular, cuando volvíamos al piso hacía mucho calor

Pros: Отличная квартира в хорошем районе и нормальном доме.

Cons: Единственный минус запах в кровати непонятного происхождения.
