Re di Roma - Charme Apartment

Pros: Great location with easy access to metro for all tourist spots in Rome. The apartment facilities were excellent and allowed us to do some meal preparation with the added bonus on a smart tv to watch Netflix in the evenings. Close to supermarkets and shops so plenty to see and do in the nearby area. Lovely sights close by to visit as well as we often walked into the central city rather than take the metro. The area felt very safe even in the evenings so we would highly recommend for a family of four or even four adults (with just enough space). The host was very helpful and prompt in responding to queries and questions which is always helpful.

Pros: Really nice area. Walking distance to all of the attractions.

Pros: Comfortable beds, nice balcony and kitchen, spacious rooms.

Cons: Bit noisy, but u are in Rome.

Pros: Me and the whole group liked the proximity to the metro and bus station. Additionally, the apartment had all the necessary things to make dinner there instead of going out.

Cons: Unfortunately, the apartment is located on an extremely busy boulevard, and it’s very, very difficult to sleep in the evening, especially in the living room. You can hear motorcycles, sirens, and perhaps something should be done about this issue.

Pros: Good location and appreciated the air con as the weather was hot at night. Loved the lift as would have struggled up the 7 flights otherwise.

Cons: We had quite a lot of ants on the draining board towards the end of the stay which were coming from under the window board. Nothing was left out so not sure why they were coming in suddenly but it meant it was difficult to prepare food around there. Could have done with a tea towel and dish scrubber as had to go out and buy something for washing up and these were available at our next property. blind kept falling down in the kitchen which wasn't great.

Pros: Excellent cooperative staff. Very good location for catching up metro. Value for money. Meet all basic requirements. Very comfy.

Pros: The host was great, helpful and kind and the apartment completely meet our expectations. You can find great restaurants nearby and take a quick walk to tourist attractions. Would recommend!

Pros: Comodo, semplice e con tutto il necessario. Host molto gentile!

Cons: Purtroppo non è molto rifinito come appartamento, avrebbe dei lavoretti da fare, per renderlo perfetto.

Pros: Квартира розташована дуже зручно — поруч метро та парк. Легко дістатися до визначних місць. Інтернет у квартирі працює відмінно - швидкий та стабільний. Заселення пройшло швидко, в апартаментах є все необхідне для проживання.

Cons: Досить шумно, ліжко та двері сильно скриплять. За півдоби до закінчення терміну оренди зникла гаряча вода, а на повідомлення господар не відповідав.
