Pros: Amazing accommodation in a great location. The metro station is just a few meters from the apartment, making it very quick and convenient to get to the city center. The accommodation was beautifully clean, very comfortable, and perfectly equipped – it truly had everything one might need during the stay. A big thank you to Miriana, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and caring. Thanks to her, we felt truly welcome. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for pleasant, comfortable accommodation in a perfect location.

Pros: Miriana is the best hostess I have experienced in the last 10 years! 20 feet from Metro, clean, Parking place (paid), but very near as well. 100% recommended

Nice comfortable room, perfectly adequate for my short stay.

Pros: The room was nice and spacious, bed comfy, bathroom good. You have a key to the apartment block so you can come and go as you please. There is a metro station 2 minutes from the front door. Miriana was nice and helpful.

Cons: There is no breakfast. The apartment block itself is a bit dingy inside. Once I got the key I didn't see anyone there for the 4 nights I was there. There is a fee for late check in (19:00). The local area is quiet with not much to see but you have the metro.

Clean room with a wonderful host and excellent location

Pros: We loved this so much that we stayed here for the second time, this time in the green triple room. It was just as good as the orange triple room. The green room doesn't have quite such a nice view of the park but on the other hand it's slightly more quiet (but the traffic noise isn't a big problem in either room because of the good windows). It's very clean, with good towels, a water kettle with tea/coffee available and a small refrigerator. Best of all, Miriana is the most wonderful host you could ask for, very accommodating and with plenty of good suggestions for enjoying the eternal city. The location is excellent, in a genuine neighborhood, with lots of good restaurants and supermarkets nearby, just a few metro stops to Termini, and a 10-15 minute walk to Tuscolana station where you can get a local train directly to Fiumicino airport.

Pros: A pleasant large room. The bathroom is spacious and functional, it was clean. The host is very helpful, giving directions upon arrival. The location is fantastic, the metro is right outside the door. Restaurants and cafes for local people nearby. I felt safe in the area. You can hear sounds from the street and from behind the wall, but it did not bother me much during my stay.

Pros: Miriana is a great host. She waited for me to give the keys even though it was 10 pm. The subway is just near the building, 30 seconds of walking and 4 stops to termini station 10 stops for Vatican museum. The tiramisu at Pompi (2-3 minutes of walking) was great. I love the beautiful old furniture. Havig a bidet was also realy nice.

Pros: We had a nice stay at the apartment. + The apartment was clean (really clean, just the way I like it) + Very good public transportation. Just a few meters from the entrance to the building, you can find the stairs down to the metro, which brings you directly to the Spanish Steps and Termini Station. The Trevi Fountain, Vatican, and Plazza del Popolo are also easily accessible via the same metro line. There are also bus stops nearby. The buses carry you to the Colosseum, Forum Romanum, Piazza Navona, or Pyramid. + Good neighborhood. There are several places to eat food at reasonable prices. Several grocery stores in the area. + Nice kitchen + Warm (we were during winter, and the heating system worked smoothly) + The apartment is on the ground floor, very convenient for people with small children or mobility problems.

Pros: Clean, good placement, lovely host. Hope we will come back here

Pros: We loved everything about the place! Miriana was extremely kind right from the start and helped with everything we needed. The apartment was clean and was right as displayed in our order. It was also very close to a metro station and there were many restaurants and places to visit. We highly recommend this place - it was the best we could hope for.
