Pros: The owner was very helpful and responsive, sending us detailed directions to the apartment. The apartment is perfectly located. You can walk to the Vatican in about 25 minutes, 3 minutes from Piazza Navona or Campo Fiori, and close to the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and more. As someone from the other guests alreay mentioned apartment is great if you travel with teenagers as there are different sleeping areas creating some privacy. There's a bus stop nearby, as well as a taxi station, but we preferred walking. There are also two grocery stores nearby, offering everything you need, as well as plenty of restaurants, caffeteria, gelateria, and more. All in all, I highly recommend it!

Excellent location and good value for money

Pros: Firstly, the owner was very helpful, sending us shortly after booking, precise and detailed directions how to reach the apartment and how to get inside. Very easy to get there from either airports of Roma. Then, the apartment is brilliantly located, 2-3 minutes away from Piazza Navona or Campo Fiori and very close to Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, etc. Vatican is some 25 - 30 minutes walk. As well the owner was very responsive to our requests and delivered in no time. The only little downside is the fact that building is old style, with high ceilings and thus, the second floor was sometimes difficult to reach after the very very long walks (an average of 35,000 steps/ day) we had in the city every day. Bus stop is nearby, but we preferred walking. As well, there are two convenience stores nearby, with all one may need and plenty of restaurants, cafeteria, gelateria and many artistic and antiques shops. All in all, highly recommended!
