It was cozy, nice, and in a great location.😊
Pros: The atmosphere in the apartment was very pleasant. It was quite interesting that it was located in the basement. The space was roomy and cozy, with a large, soft bed. In my opinion, the location was perfect. There are very charming and atmospheric streets nearby. Alessandro welcomed us — he was very kind and pleasant man. He showed us everything. It was very nice.
Cons: If the air conditioner is not turned on or the window is closed, it can get quite stuffy in the apartment, especially in the early morning. It can also be a bit noisy at times, but this was probably due to nearby construction work. The hair dryer was slightly damaged, but overall it was still usable. Other than that, everything was fine.

Roomy comfortable stay in a central location
Pros: The location is great! It is very central of all the main attractions (20-30mins walk) and has a taxi rank right outside to top it off. Alessandro was also a fantastic host and responded quickly to all our requests. I also especially enjoyed all the couch space to lounge after a long day.
Cons: The apartment we booked was located in the basement and the bedrooms were on the first floor in the apartment, so it was a bit inconvenient pulling our luggages up and down stairs. Also, there’s no mobile reception in the basement and internet was a bit patchy. It also was missing some bowls.

Great location, cozy apartment.
Pros: Great location, walking distance to most of the sights. But keep in mind that there is no metro station nearby. (20-25 min to the closest, depending on how you walk). The apartment is well furnished and really comfortable.
Cons: It’s situated in a basement, meaning that you basically don’t have functional windows. This might be a bit disturbing to some people. It was fine by us. Also, there were no coffee pods for the machine available. Couldn’t find them in the nearby shops as well. The coffee problem was irritating but we just went out and bought from the nearby bar (though would have preferred to use the espresso machine).

Friendly host with good communication and flexibility- excellent location
Pros: Excellent location - everywhere we wanted to go was max 30 min walk. Also on a bus route direct to the main train station.
Cons: We knew it was an underground apartment, but the lack of any windows or natural light did get a bit much after 3 days. Also the unavoidable damp smell that comes with being underground started to get a bit much. But if you’re not spending too much time inside, it’s manageable

Great location and cool property
Pros: Great location. Really cosy house and spacious. Good facilities and comfy beds.
Cons: The area is fairly buzzy so there is outside noise in the evenings. If you are particularly sensitive to noise, it may not be for you, but I was able to sleep fine.

A comfortable and spacious apartment in a great location — ideal for families visiting Rome.
Pros: The host was kind and helpful, and the apartment was very spacious for the price, especially in central Rome. We loved having two large bedrooms, which made it perfect for our family. The location was also excellent — with a great restaurant just outside and a supermarket next door.
Cons: As mentioned in other reviews, the apartment is semi-basement and doesn’t have natural sunlight. It also had a slight underground smell, which is common for this type of place, though we didn’t stay during summer.

Pros: The location of the apartment is excellent and both Antonio and Alessandro were very helpful and welcoming.The design of the apartment is done with care and attention to the guest needs and the split level sleeping/day area is great for a familly or group of friends.Overall a great choice for someone looking for accomodation in an ideal location for visiting the sites.
Cons: The apartment is located in the lower floor/basement so there is a bit of humidity, however the hosts provided AC to help with minimizing the impact.For a short stay , its ok.
