Wonderful cosy appartment in the heart of Rome!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this cosy apartment in the heart of Rome! The location is absolutely perfect — just steps away from the last historic pizzeria in Rome, the most delicious gelato shop, and the famous tiramisu place. Piazza Navona and many other major attractions are also within easy walking distance. The apartment itself was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a true home away from home. We really appreciated the attention to detail and how tidy everything was. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

Pros: The location was great. The apartment is surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. It was very easy to reach all the sites we wanted to see in Rome. The apartment had everything that's required, and whatever was missing- the owners took care of it quickly. The size of the apartment was satisfying for us as a couple.

Cons: Bad wasn't so comfortable, same for the couch of the living room - it was kind of broken. There was no place to hang the towels in the shower.

Great days in Rome

Pros: Excellent location! Very kind and helpful staff. Very good value for money and I strongly recommend this property to everyone.

Cons: Nothing to say, just it would be better if the host put more emphasis on cleanliness.

Pros: If you want to explore Rome and walk around for a whole day, than this place is simply the best choice because of superb location! You can go out, than back to relax and than continue. We stayed here for a 10 days as a family of 3 and get everything we need. We like authentic Roman atmosphere of the building and the street. One of the best gelaterias Frigidarium is a next door, as well as Via del Governo Vechio with it's over the 40 charming bars and restaurants. Apartment has all you need, even for a basic cooking. It's not huge, but it's enough space for comfortable stay. Luca let us stay for a late checkout and this means a lot to us because our son got sick last day. There are stairs, but an average person can walk upstairs easily. It is in the city centre so there is a little bit noise but nothing to worry about, and for those extremely sensitive as myself earplugs solving this problem. I need them just one Saturday...All in all, great place to stay in Rome:)

Pros: In general, the apartment has everything basic that a person needs to have a good time in Rome. Excellent location, kitchenette and dining area as well as sofa. A separate bedroom area with a wardrobe as well as a room with a shower cabin, sink and toilet. The apartment has several easy-to-climb steps, making it both remote from street level but also easily accessible. We had excellent communication with Luca, who he was very kind and responsive. Honestly we can recommend this apartment and also say that we ourselves would be happy to come back again. Wi-fi connection was excellent. **Special thanks again to Luca who was so kind to us!

Cons: Honestly we can recommend this apartment and also say that we ourselves would be happy to come back again. That is why we will allow ourselves to give some tips - they are not many, but rather small details that, in our opinion, would help to improve this place. Door handles should be tightened, especially the bedroom ones, because they fall off easily. We know this is common in Italy, but we think it's really important - to have towel racks in the bathroom (at least two - one for the face and hand towel and one for the body towel). You would hardly want those towels to be thrown through the glass of the shower corner and always be wet (and it is also unhygienic). The water mixing in the shower room definitely needs correction because it doesn't maintain a normal temperature - either too hot or too cold. Also, one small bar of soap and some liquid soap can't be expected to be enough for two people for 8 overnight stays. And others have written that the windows do not close and this leads to an unpleasant draft, and in a strong wind they would easily open (except for the noise, which did not bother us personally, but it might bother others). Overall, we would say to other guests who complain about noise - you can't expect to be in such a nice and communicative place in Rome and not have noise - it's part of the charm of the city and the neighborhood. As we noted the location is good, and the people who are responsible for it seem quite decent and we are sure that even the small inaccuracies will be corrected for the better.

Pros: Location was great, popular icecream and restaurant right next to apartment, the size of the apartment was really nice and it was walking distance to lots of main sights.

Cons: It can be loud as this area is busy at night but you can’t hear it from the bedroom. No lift and hallway has a smell.

Comfy flat in good location

Pros: Location. Very central. Security. Comfort. Good storage space. Good supply of kitchen utensils and shower creams.

Cons: Poor shower - very bad heat control. Needed instructions for coffee maker! Flat was cold.

Magnifique

Pros: l'emplacement est parfait, à proximité des restaurants, bars et divers petits magasins. Idéalement situé pour faire les visites à pieds. Les arrêts de bus à moins de 5 min. Le lit est confortable et la douche spacieuse. Il y a tout à disposition, micro-ondes, machine à café, frigo, plaques de cuissons.

Cons: La porte de la salle de bains/toilettes ne se ferme pas comme il faut. Peut être un peu bruyant le soir car il y a un restaurant juste dans la ruelle, cela ne nous a pas dérangé pour dormir. Le métro un peu distant mais Rome se visite à pieds :o)

Lugar estratégico en Roma

Pros: La ubicación es genial!!, literal haces todo caminando! Nos gustó que ya nos esperaban para alojarnos y darnos las indicaciones, llegar cansados y que Julio estuviera ya esperándonos nos hizo sentir en casa, gracias!

Cons: Mmm pues tal vez se escucha ruido de la calle, pero es la ubicación, la pizzería de la esquina es muy buena y los helados wow! Nos espantó una alarma de gases que sonó varias veces, algunas en la madrugada, pero una vez que la conoces pues ya aprendes a vivir con ella ja
