A wonderful place to stay with a very kind and helpful host.

Pros: The location was fantastic. All of the major tourist attractions were within walking distance, and the local area was full of restaurants, and food and wine shops. Despite the busy location, the apartment was incredibly quiet and peaceful.

Cons: Nothing.

Beautiful place in the heart of Rome

Pros: The amazing location, the kindest host in the world and the cleanliness of the apartment.

Cons: If I had to find a flaw, it would be the fact that the bed was squeaky and the walls were thin, but it wasn't a big problem

Pros: Great location, clean, easy check-in/out, comfy bed, sleepers, shaving kit, umbrellas. We also left our luggage after checking-out and picked it up later.

A quiet oasis in the heart of busy Rome.

Pros: Centrally located close to key tourist attractions with a variety of restaurants at your doorstep and a supermarket a short walk away. Room was clean and comfortable, Air conditioning worked well. Room was quiet and secure, bed and pillows comfortable, plenty of storage space, clean and functional bathroom, host was lovely. We were offered secure baggage storage on our last day which enabled us to make the most of our last day given that we were flying late in the evening. More than happy to stay again and would highly recommend

An easygoing stay in Rome, close to all the great places to visit.

Pros: Fabiola communicated with us well in advance of our arrival, providing useful information about the property, the area nearby, and organizing to meet us on arrival. When we arrived she met us and made us feel welcome, explaining all the details about the property. She offered to organize transfer to airport and provided tips on good places to eat. The location is fantastic, five minutes walk from the Pantheon, less than ten minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain. The accommodation provided ample space for us, the air conditioning proved useful on a hot night.

Cons: The stairs to the accommodation on first floor may be a challenge for guests with limited mobility. It was not a problem for us, but you do have to carry you luggage upstairs.

Ideal property for visiting the main attractions in Rome.

Pros: Ideal location for visiting the main tourist attractions in Rome. Property is quiet with very little outside noise and the air conditioning is very good. Ideal for a couple. You feel very safe inside. You can leave your bags on site after check out and collect later.

Cons: Could have benefited from a small couch.

Beautiful well located apartment with fantastic host

Pros: The apartment was beautiful, had everything we needed and central walking distance to all the attractions we wanted to visit. There was contact from booking the stay right up until we left with all my questions answered quickly which was really helpful. When we arrived Fabiola was there to meet us and was so warm and welcoming, Fabiola is a fantastic host and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if visiting Rome. The apartment is minutes from lots of restaurants and bars and sights, it really is the perfect location for a base.

Cons: Nothing, the apartment, host and location were above expectations and we would stay here again

Pros: Everything was excellent! Very nice and clean room. Superb location and most of the attractions were close to us. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we enjoyed the moka pot!!

Hostess Fabiola very hospitable and helpful, with warm welcome from both Fabiola and Christiano and assisting with luggage.
