Perfect stay in Roma, super well located.
Pros: Super well located, 5' from Piazza Novana and Piazza Spagna. Giorgia was super helpful and easy to communicate with. The flat is modern, spacious and clean.
Cons: The only inconvenience was the noise at night. Soundproofing could be bit better (despited having closed shutters and windows), but it's also the fate of a super central apartment.

Lovely Navona Apartments
Pros: The apartment was beautifully renovated, clean and spacious. It was well stocked with tea, coffee, crockery etc. The washing machine came in handy. The location was great for all the attractions and Vatican.
Cons: The only thing missing was a drying cloth for the dishes, but everything else was great.

spacious, comfortable & clean apartment was great for family of 4 (2 kid under 10) amazing location!
Pros: spacious apartment was great for family of 4 with 2 under 10 kids, comfortable and clean, amazing location for walking to all key sightseeing spots
Cons: bin men were so loud every night, collecting rubbish/bins about midnight and 4am it would seem - not the fault of apartment, but it meant we were tired from broken sleep

Great stay with our family of 4.
Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Giorgia and Anna was great and very responsive hosts. They book for us transfer from aiport. We stayed with 2 kids, and there was plenty of place for everyone. We had fully equipped kitchen so we can prepare some breakfast and snack for kids. Location was perfect just next to small Piazza Nicosia from where we had few steps to Piazza Navona, Pantheon and Tiber River.
Cons: We liked everything. there was small issue with water boiler, but host moved us to even better apartment in same building. It was handle professionally.

Pros: Very nice apartment. Anna and Flamilia went the extra mile and walked us to the pharmacy so we could get things we needed. Plenty of room, has everything you need, and in a very nice area, close to restaurants, shops, and landmarks. Highly recommend!

A good apartment in a fine location with helpful and friendly hosts.
Pros: The apartment was very good and the location was just right. A supermarket and numerous restaurants were nearby. The hosts were extremely friendly and most helpful.
Cons: Could be a little noisy outside at night but then where in Rome is that not the case.

Pros: Très bel appartement, élégamment décoré, idéalement placé au cœur de Rome pour optimiser vos visites touristiques. Facile d’accès et à deux pas de la Piazza Navona et de la Piazza De Spagna. Giorgia est très sympathique et disponible rapidement sur Whatsapp.
Cons: Nuisances sonores insupportables. Le chauffage émet un bruit de perceuse continu, nous obligeant à l’éteindre dès que nous sommes présents. De plus, l'isolation phonique extérieure est quasi inexistante : nous avons été réveillés chaque nuit entre 2h30 et 4h par le passage des éboueurs. Nous participons également aux conversations des voisins ou à celles des passants !

Pros: Perfecte locatie, mooi uitgerust en gezellig appartement!
Cons: Er was wat veel nachtlawaai (ochtendlawaai, ophaal vuilnis om 4u en levering bij nabijgelegen winkel.. in een stad is lawaai echter niet uit te sluiten natuurlijk. Kom je gewoon na enkele nachten.

Une belle visite à pieds de Rome
Pros: Nous avions choisi cet appartement pour son emplacement, nous étions à moins de 1 km de la fontaine de Trevi, la piazza Navona, le Panthéon, les marches d’Espagne, a 1 km du Vatican et 2 km du Colisée. Il y a une épicerie à 50 mètres. Nous avons été reçus par la propriétaire Anna, visite des lieux avec beaucoup d’informations utiles écrites sur le quartier ( restaurants, épiceries, gelateria etc). Il y avait des collations, une bouteille de vin et quelques rafraîchissements pour nous disponibles et gratuit. L’appartement comporte des très grandes fenêtres qui s’ouvrent ce qui nous permet de bien entendre la vie de cette rue. Des volets en bois permettent de bien protéger l’appartement de la lumière au petit matin. Nous étions au 1 er étage, il y a un ascenseur fonctionnel.
Cons: Il y certains clients qui pourraient se plaindre du bruit de la rue le soir et la nuit, pour notre part cela représente la vie de quartier dans Rome historique et cela fait aussi son charme.
