Pros: The location is superb. Everything is walking distance, shops, and coffees nearby. The host was super helpful, and the place was great.
Cons: As others stated the room is a bit noisy during the night due to it's location (right above a bar). It's not a big issue though, just keep in mind and bring earplugs if needed.

Perfect location and premium apartment
Pros: Perfect location nearby all famous touristic sites, restaurants, markets, shops… and a impeccable service from Beatrice. The apartment has all you need for your stay with a very spacious size combining classic design furniture. We enjoyed and stayed very comfortable.

Pros: The stay was great overall. The host Beatrice and the assistant Debora were very kind and helpful. You could contact the host anytime you needed. The cleaning staff helped tidy up and clean, and the breakfast was diverse, plentiful, and regularly replenished, making it feel like staying at home. The room provided both air conditioning and heating, and umbrellas were also available for going out.
Cons: Due to its location in a busy area, it was indeed a bit noisy as many reviewers mentioned, but it was acceptable. The only minor drawback was that hot water needed to be heated before showering. However, the overall experience was still good for us. Thank you all!

Nice with all necessary
Pros: The apartment is simple but pretty. The position is perfect, the cleaning and the breakfast are a plus. There is everything needed in a house like shampoo, latte detergente, airdryer, and also some food. The bed in the main room is very confort. Luana is a great host.
Cons: It is a bit noisy due to the central position and the old structure of the apartment, but that's typical of the ancient Rome city centre. For us, the noise was not a problem.

New and fresh apartment in at a great location
Pros: The apartment is what you need for a city break in Rome. It’s new and fresh, and the location is great in walking distance from most of the important sites. The flat has air conditioning and a well equipped, small kitchenette with what you need to make a simple meal. The host is friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The street is quiet in the night, but all the sounds resonate and woke us up thought out the night as the windows are thin. I’m sure this would be a problem for most flats in the old town, but it definitely made it hard for us to sleep there.

Amazing location, wine bar right out the front door.
Pros: The apartment was well stocked with basics for breakfast and snacks. The location can not be beat. It is minutes away from everything. Beatrice’s recommendations for dinner, coffee etc. were spot on. Fabulous from beginning to end. The pull out couch is a full Queen with a very comfortable mattress.

Pros: Very nice apartment, well-equipped and conveniently located in the heart of Rome. All major attractions are within walking distance, and there are numerous restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The host, Beatrice, was very accommodating, provided helpful advice and assisted with all our needs. I highly recommend this accommodation for all travelers visiting Rome.
