Excellent central location, comfortable stay, very helpful host
Pros: Very good central location. Friendliness of host who supplied lots of useful information. Welcome pack of wine, chocolate, biscuits etc lovely and the supplies in the bathroom
Cons: Lighting over bed wasn’t good enough to read by -could do with some bedside lamps.

Amazing travel experience
Pros: An amazing travel experience in the heart of Rome. All attractions are easily accessible on foot. Clean and comfortable room, with all the comforts of home. Alessandro is a very helpful, communicative, and extremely hospitable host. Highly recommended.

Pros: Accomodation was in a great central place close to everything. All major attractions no more than 15 minutes walk away . Lots of restaurants close by. Very small apartment but it was fine for us. Alessandro the host was very knowledgeable and helpful with local info and always in contact with us. We enjoyed our 6 nights in Roma.
Cons: Small shower and needed more cleaning, washing machine was not working.

Pros: A nice little one room studio apartment that is modestly furnished and well located in the historic centre of Rome. The host was always available by phone and provided lots of good tips on dining and sightseeing options.
Cons: The entrance is via a very steep and narrow staircase. The small kitchen area was well equipt but there was no hot water to the sink and no sink plug making it difficult to wash anything. The shower recess was very small and partially blocked by a washing machine making it difficult to manouver.

A wonderful experience with a very reactive, knowledgeable and nice host/
Pros: The apartment is in an amazing location. The host, Alessandro, made sure we got the keys perfectly and the apartment is clean, tidy and homey. He'd also left us some wine, pasta and sauce - everything you could need :) We had a GREAT time and Alessandro even let us check out a bit later then usual 'cause I'd just run the Rome marathon and my legs weren't working well. A very good time, a great location and friendly host - what more could you ask for in the eternal city?

Great for a short stay
Pros: Host was so helpful and left us some gifts that were really appreciated. Amazing location.
Cons: Only found out by chance that the washing machine didn’t work. Only found out that previous guests had broken it when I sent a message. Should have been informed before arrival. Quite strict that I had to leave by 09:30 on departure day. It says 10:00 on Booking.com

A good option in the quiet city center for a short trip
Pros: Perfect location, very clean, the bed is comfortable. the apartment is small, but for a short stay it is a good choice. The host left us some treats upon check-in and gave a lot of advice what to see in Rome. The communication was perfect in general. The self check-in was easy, just pick up the keys from the nearby store.
Cons: There is little daylight as the window looks into the neighboring house, and the very high audibility, most likely a thin floor covering from the apartment above

Autumn in Rome
Pros: Small traditionally _ furnished studio apartment with wooden beamed ceiling and small kitchenette Very helpful host who provided lots of info. on the attractions and amenities in the area. Great location in the heart of the old Rome with cafes ,restaurants and traditional food shops nearby. Lovely to see traditional craft shops like bespoke shoe and tie shops, leather restorers and picture framers still thriving. Only minutes from the Piazza Navona and Pantheon. Area felt safe.
Cons: Steep stone staircase might not suit everyone.

Super central lovely apartment with great host
Pros: Well located right in the heart of Rome just some minutes from piazza Navona and Pantheon. Comfy bed and overall nice studio apartment with everything you need for a stay. The host is very caring and got in contact with me well in advance to ensure the check in is smooth and find the property without any issue, he also shared some tips and generally was absolutely on top of everything.
Cons: The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s a short but pretty sharp staircase one has to climb to get to the apartment. Generally not a problem during the stay but moving bulky and heavy luggage was a pain indeed

Pros: Exactly the story of place we wanted to stay in Roma. Old style apartment above a shop on a bustling street looking down on cafe tables. Alessandro was the perfect host, making sure we arrived safely and felt comfortable all by text and leaving us treats.
