Soggiorno a buon prezzo in posizione ben servita

Pros: La posizione è comoda per raggiungere il centro di Roma, perché su Via Gregorio VII passa l'autobus 916 che porta verso le attrazioni più conosciute, e verso la stazione della Metro A con cui si può raggiungere facilmente Roma Termini. Camera matrimoniale con bagno en suite bella, letti piuttosto comodi e spazio sufficiente per 3 persone. Dotazione tutto sommato buona, manca qualche pentola e gli strofinacci in cucina.

Cons: Climatizzatori di soggiorno e corridoio non funzionanti, perciò quando di giorno o notte si spegneva il riscaldamento automatico non c'era modo di riscaldare quei 2 ambienti; soprattutto il soggiorno, a causa dei numerosi spifferi provenienti dal portone d'ingresso e dai finestrini, risulta più freddo rispetto alle altre stanze. Divano del soggiorno scomodo e bagno del corridoio eccessivamente angusto e sprovvisto di bidet.
