Pros: The property is really well equipped and has everything you could need. It was also extremely clean and the host was very friendly and communicated really promptly and very clearly. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The place was super clean and close to the bus station. We got in contact with the owner very fast and she was very helpful with introducing local places. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Pros: Extremely clean, complimentary bottle of prosecco, lovely patio, great location

Cons: It was close to a main road that was very busy and noisy, but inside the apartment was quiet

Pros: Thought- and colourfully decorated home, nice artwork, comfortable beds, extra pillows, ample storage space in the wardrobes and kitchen, lots of helpful consumables from shower gels and shampoos to sponges, oil, ground coffee and spices. Fully equipped kitchen, TVs and WiFi. Perfect retreat for a couple of self-catering days in Rome right behind the Vatican with quite a few major bus, train and metro stops nearby as well. Thank you also to the host for sharing restaurant recommendations.

Cons: Rome is a noisy city - good to bring some earplugs (and sleeping mask) for the night as also some of the windows and shutters are not the newest / fully closing.

Pros: Πολύ καλό το σημείο του διαμερίσματος και το διαμέρισμα καλό , και έξω ο χώρος της αυλής, εύκολα πρόσβασης μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς, καλή άνθρωποι που κάνουν την διαχείριση του καταλύματος,πολύ εξυπηρέτηκη, μπράβο τους απο μένα η βαθμολογία είναι 10 με αστέρι και του ευχαριστώ πολύ

Pros: The flat is spacious with two separate bedrooms and a wonderful pergola. It is clean and steps away from a local grocery shop and a cafeteria. The location is quiet and easy to reach: 20m from a bus stop and about an 8-minute walk to the metro (extremely narrow sidewalk towards the metro station - not suitable for a child's trolley if relevant). Hot water is heated with natural gas and available on demand. The flat was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We used AC just for a couple of minutes, and it was quiet and soft. The Wi-Fi signal was very good. The communication with the host was great.

Cons: If you are coming from a rural area and are used to complete silence at night, the western bedroom is a bit more exposed to the highway noises, while the eastern one with the private bathroom is the ultimate sleeping vault.

Pros: Piccolo appartamento confortevole e ben fatto. Ottimo sia per vacanza breve che per un periodo più lungo. Ha pure un piacevole spazio esterno ben godibile.

Cons: Non ho trovato cose particolari, forse unica pecca che non ci sono ristoranti/bar decenti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

Atención excepcional de anfitriona y casa con todos los servicios necesarios.

Pros: La atención de Ilaria es excepcional. Estuvo todo el tiempo en comunicación con nosotros por si necesitábamos algo. Nos ayudó a gestionar el taxi desde el aeropuerto. Nos dio información de la mejor pizza, buses/metro. La casa tenía todos los servicios que necesita cualquier viajero con familia. El check in/out lo hicimos a nuestro aire porque disponía de caja para recoger o dejar las llaves en la entrada de la casa. El sitio es seguro y tranquilo.
