Pros: We read the reviews before booking and I was a bit worried they were too good to be true but Paolo did not disappoint! The property was clean with fresh linen and towels (and even washing machine and dryer which exceeded our expectations!). Fresh coffee was available to us every morning (and it was a very good one) and it was super easy to get to Central Rome but also close to local amenities. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The place is spacious and clean. It is also walking distance to Vatican. The host, Paolo is very helpful. He met us and taught us how to get to the tourist attractions. He even recommended restaurants. We tried one of his recommendations and it was worth it.

Cons: The small flush in the toilet is not working but don't worry, the big flush does. The bidet is fixed and cannot be adjusted. But overall, we had a nice time at this place.

Perfect for a week in Rome for a family.

Pros: Paolo was there to greet us and walk us through the apartment. He was very freindly adn accomodating, atending to all our questions and needs. He helped us parking our car in a private garage and gave us some restaurants and tips we needed to get aroud. Over all, a great and pleasant experience. Location is near bus stops and easy to comute into the city center.

Fantastic stay!

Pros: We loved our stay! Paolo made us feel welcome and gave us good tips about restaurants in the neighbourhood. The apartment is fabulous! Spacious, clean, great shower and good beds. Fantastic!

Pros: Great place to stay; all good. Great location, comfy and spacious apartment and easy to reach the main tourist attractions. One bus will take you back and forth to see the centre of Rome.

Was a pretty good stay for our 3nights stay at Rome. Would book there again. And host was easy to reach when needed.

Pros: Comfortable beds, clean, spacious rooms, close to bus stop. There is one bus that stops nearby that takes you to most of the popular tourist spots

Cons: Shower floods easily and a bit slippery. Would recommend a shower mat.

Amazing!

Pros: Location is perfect, super close to everything and there is a bus stop just 2 minutes away where you can take any bus that takes you anywere in Rome. Lots of restaurants and markets around the area. Host was wonderful and let us check in earlier which I am thankful for. Clean apartment, nice location, nice host, I definitely recommend this place.

Cons: There is nothing I dislike about the place, the only helpful item that would make the property more comfortable is to add shelves near the shower for shampoo and stuff like that
