Very good house

Pros: Everything was very nice but especially the terrace was very comfortable

Cons: The sofa bed because it was creaking too much

Wonderful stay

Pros: I have to say I was partial about this place because of its terrace (which did not disappoint, offering relaxing evenings and late night), but the entire place is really nice. It also has a great collection of books, which I greatly appreciated. Spotless clean. Great staff, always checking to see if we need anything. Good location, 2 bus stops from Trastevere train station. Safe, with concierge at the gate to the building until 6PM I think, then gate closrd and you need your own key to get in. I will definitely book again for a longer stay😍

Cons: No such thing

Pros: A great place for those who need an apartment to chill in the evenings after a tiring day. There is not much space, but the most necessary things are there: a good mattress, a spacious terrace (don't miss the opportunity to meet the sunrise on it!), all kitchen appliances, even a lemon squeezer. Thanks to this accommodation we had ROMAntic evenings in Rome 🥰 Oh and the elevator is just like from the movies! I’ve enjoyed each ride 😄

Cons: keep in mind that the elevator goes till 5th floor, you’d need to climb one floor by foot.

Nice cosy apartement

Pros: Though the apartement was relatively small we had everything we needed. Enough space to sleep (in the bedroom and in the living room), a spacious wardrobe and a kitchen with refrigerator. Bath with bidet. As there were lots of books on the shelves and several paintings hanging on the wall, it was really cosy and not that sterile and soulless like other holiday apartements. I felt homy. The terrace/balcony was really big and you did not hear the noise from the street. It was nice eating our breakfast there (well I didn't like this plastic garden furniture but you could sit and eat and look at the trees...and that's what we were up to) 10 minutes walk from Rom Trastevere train station, close to shops, 20 minutes from laundry service. Nice and helpful owner. It looks much better live than on the pics.

Cons: The shower entrance is a bit small. This cage-like elevator. Never used it, prefered to walk up the 120 or something stairs.

A very nice place where to spend some days in Rome

Pros: Posizionata vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Roma Trastevere, Terrazza Gianicolense offre direttamente sotto casa fermate del bus e del tram che collegano direttamente verso Piazza Venezia e verso Roma Termini. Appartamento composto da camera da letto, zona giorno, cucina e corridoio e bagno privato. Terrazza enorme.

Cons: Disposizione degli spazi e mancanza di una lavatrice, purtroppo non erano disponibili shampoo e simili, tutto il resto ok.

Un placer de visita

Pros: La ubicación es excepcional al Vaticano en tren por 1€ ,igual que ir a termini. Autobus y tranvía para ir a cualquier zona de la ciudad por 1'5€. Tiene suficiente menaje de cocina, y la Terraza es fantástica. Sin ruidos para descansar después de caminar mucho por la ciudad.

Cons: Eche en falta un microondas.

Pros: Struttura bella ed accogliente. Bellissimo terrazzo e posizione comoda. Il tram n. 8 porta direttamente in centro.

Pros: Ottima posizione a 8 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Trastevere. Il tram 8 passa proprio sotto l'appartamento, e ci ha portato in centro, ed è facilissimo da raggiungere. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo le serate sull'ampia terrazza, un dettaglio inestimabile a Roma. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, come se potessimo soggiornare a lungo in questo appartamento, non mancava nulla. L'aria condizionata funzionava perfettamente. La consegna delle chiavi è stata impeccabile, anche due ore prima del previsto. Un'ottima scelta e lo riutilizzeremo sicuramente la prossima volta.

Cons: Sarebbe bello se nel bagno ci fossero shampoo e bagnoschiuma.

Sensacional!

Pros: Tudo sensacional, que sorte que tive de encontrar esse lugar. Pablo é muito atencioso, tudo foi perfeito. Localização perfeita, o apartamento é uma fofura! Perfeito pra família, vizinhança tranquila. Da pra perceber que tudo é arrumado com muito carinho!

Cons: Só tomar cuidado com os tapetes, porque como o piso é de azulejo, fico um pouco escorregadio.
