Cozy apartment Gianicolense 3bdr

Comfortable, well located, and ideal for families or small groups of friends

Pros: The check-in process was smooth and the host was very responsive. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and small grocery stores right next door. The apartment itself was beautiful, functional, and well equipped with everything we needed. It was spotless on arrival, and the beds were extremely comfortable (better than many hotels). Each bedroom had both blinds and curtains, which was perfect for making the room completely dark at night.

Cons: Two of the bedrooms face the street, so there was some noise from traffic and the nearby hospital. Lowering the blinds helped, but light sleepers may still notice it. We could also hear the neighbors’ TV at night. While the kitchen was generally clean, some kitchenware seemed not fully washed from previous guests, and the dishwasher was quite rusty, so we chose not to use it.

Would recommend

Pros: The apartment is pretty spacious. We were with a friend group of 5 and it felt like there was enough room. The beds are comfortable, the shower has a strong beam and there's a dishwasher. Also the bus stop is in front of the apartment and if you take the bus line \

Amazing apartament for families or group

Pros: The apartment was really bright, ventilated and heated. The location was great with easy access to the central area for the city. Pierpaolo was really nice and met us to hand the keys and show around the place and facilities. He also have us restaurant and caffes recommendations which were great. I'd be happy to stay again in his place.

Cons: The only thing to point out was the gas shower which often took a long time to heat up and in a few occasions it didn't heat up at all. But this might be an easy adjustment to do.

Pros: It is a nice and spacious apartment with 3 double bedrooms, ideal for a family. The balcony at the front and back adds a nice advantage. Across the street you have the bus and tram that takes you straight to the city centre

Pros: Apartment was clean, beds were good to sleep, everything works. Bedrooms are Big! I can really recommend this. Tram and bus goes right front of the apartment and 7 days cost only 24€/person. There is hostpital next to apartment, but ambulans doesnt keep any noise beetween 22pm- 7am. Great host on this one!

Pros: The apartment is spacious, clean. The location is excellent, as the connections to city transport are directly in front of the apartment. There is also a market nearby. The owner is very friendly and responds to messages immediately. I have been to Rome many times and I have to say this was the best accommodation so far. Highly recommended.

Fabulous place to stay.

Pros: We absolutely loved everything, fabulous modern apartment with big size rooms. Well equipped with good transport link to central Rome. Host very friendly and helpful, definitely stay in the same place whenever will back to Rome.

Pros: The whole house is really well thought out and equipped with all you need! Trams and buses go from right outside which makes it easy to get anywhere! Building is very secure and the house has a wonderful view from the deck!
