Great property

Pros: The location was good. It was clean and insulated. Facilities were good and bathrooms were clean.

Cons: No microwave available in the property and kettle was affecting the fuses in the house. We then notified the team and they replaced the kettle with a new one the next day.

Pros: Very nice apartment, two bedrooms and a living room, comfortable beds, two bathrooms. Everything you need. Thank you and your family for staying with us.

Pros: It is a large apartment flat with 2 bathrooms/wc's and 3 big bedrooms. We stayed with our friends and especially two bathroom in same flat gave house gave us privacy and comfort. It is 5 minutes away from a tram which goes to vittorio emanuele ıı monument (venezia square) with single ride. Im every room, air conditioner is available. The kitchen is large and it has all the equipment available for cooking. Also the owner replies to our requests in a very short manner.

Cons: The floor of the house was not clean. The bathroom was perfectly clean, towels and other amenities are provided but we smell a lot of cigaratte smoke from the common venting area. Also there is a very large car parking area in the property but guests are not able to use it. I believe this should be organized. We just parked our car to nearby parking spot.

Clean and comfortable stay

Pros: The flat was exactly as described. It was clean and well equipped with all the essentials: 2 large beds, a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, hair dryer, washing machine, Wi-Fi, etc. It was perfect for our stay. There are many bus and tram options to get into the city center.

Cons: The communication with the host was ok, but he could have been more responsive. We got the instructions to get in and pay the city tax. He was a bit dry, and there was no reply when I asked a question.

Pros: Everything nice and clean 👌🏻 good comunication with the owner. I recommend this.

A clean and cosy property, very good positioning in a quiet place, 45 minutes to city center

Pros: Very good positioning, next to a bus station where you can reach the city center in about 45 minutes. The property is exactly as described in pictures, very clean, cosy, with all the facilities that a normal family needs. As a bonus the mattress are very comfy we slept so good.

We loved the apartament, it definitely made the vacation better.

Pros: It was very spacious and clean. We absolutely loved how big the balcony was and the apartament had a very pretty design. The owner was also very nice.

Pros: Dobra lokalizacja. Około 30min komunikacją od atrakcji. 1h 30min od Ciampino. Obiekt czysty, do dyspozycji 2 duże tarasy. Uwaga bo sztućce dobrze ukryte (w tajnej szufladzie pod płytą indukcyjną. :D

Cons: Mała winda.
