Attentive hosts and spacious rooms
Pros: We had a problem with our prior property - the host refused to check us in in the last moment, although we have already paid for it. So booking found this hotel for us instead of the first one. We were so thankful the hosts let us in late in the evening with no problems, gave us all the documents we needed to share with booking, we’re very helpful during our stay. The room was spacious, had a balcony, and the bathroom is big enough to feel comfortable there. It had air conditioner and big tv, the fridge was in the common kitchen and there was always free space for our snacks.
Cons: We found some hair on the floor and on the wardrobe doors - that was a little bit uncomfortable to is afterwards :) also there were some repair works and as we stayed on 2d floor our balcony could have been reached from the common kitchen, and some people were going back and forth, looking at us and that was super weird. When we asked the host for the second time, they disappeared so problem was solved:) but I recommend to always contact hosts in such situations.

Was a great stay .. felt like home .
Pros: The place was awesome!! It was super clean and cozy ! Air conditioned, had a fridge and a freezer in the kitchen and also plates, towels all necessities.( except for soap and shampoo) . The owner was a gentleman.
Cons: Only the location.. was kinda frustrating. As it a little far away from the visiting sites. But there were plenty of buses to travel.

Pros: It was very clean and comfy. There is TV, AC and a shared kitchen.
Cons: The location is a little bit far, there is no metro station close but you have the bus nearby, so you can move with it easily.

It was very clean and the staff was really kind and helpful.
Pros: There are nice little cafes around only a 3-4 min walk away. It is a bit far away from the center but once you take the bus at the bus stop on the next street you’ll find your way to the center.

Hidden Gem of a hotel
Pros: The hotel from the outside did not look great,but once in the room it was excellent, cleanest room I have stayed in, and fully equipped, warm and inviting 5star,will definitely recommend and stay again if back in Rome. Also Giorgio on reception went over and above helping us to park, and getting me to my room as I was in a wheelchair, nothing was to much for him ,thank you.
Cons: Nothing everything was first class.

Everything was great! We were even surprised by this accomodation.
Pros: The staff was very kindly. The room was clean and comfortable, the kitchen is excellend as same as room and bathroom. We did not have any uncomfortable situation. We had Netflix and excelent wifi. The bus station is 1 min away. Even if the rooms are close to each other, we did not hear other people. All reccomendations!
Cons: Nothing.

We are very satisfied.
Pros: Location is near the buses that you can catch and go to metro and train station Tiburtina and then you are so fast with metro to the main station Tiburtina. From there you are close to everything. Very comfortable beds, clean room and toilet with excelent water pressure. Also, we had warm water all the time.
Cons: Changing towels and cleaning.. we stayed for three nights but no one came to change the towels or clean our room.
