Pros: Great location right by the fountain, in a really nice area. The hosts were excellent — very kind and welcoming! The rooms were very clean and felt safe. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to our friends visiting Rome.

Cons: Cleaning could have been better. The bedding was old and disposed a very dirty blanket which was very unpleasant to sleep with

Pros: My wife and I stayed here for three nights and had a great experience. The location is excellent and very central. The two owners are incredibly pleasant and helped us with everything we needed. I must specifically mention that the place was exceptionally clean – truly impressive! Tip for future guests: I recommend sending your passport details in advance to avoid delays at the entrance.

Beautiful room in a great location, with kind service

Pros: The room is in a central location. Very beautiful and spacious. Comfortable beds. The host was kind and helpful with everything ,we’d definitely return.

Cons: There’s no elevator, and the room is on the 1.5th floor. The window faces the pedestrian street not very noisy, but not completely quiet either. It didn’t bother us personally.

Pros: The location is perfect, a 3 minute walk to the Trevi fountain and in the middle of a lot of nice bars and restaurants, also for breakfast. Inside the building and rooms it is very quiet. The rooms are spotless clean. Very friendly staff, not present 24/7 but 1 whatsapp away. I would definitively book again.

Cons: The rooms are on the 3rd floor and no elevator. But after so many steps in the city this is peanuts.

Unforgettable stay, amazing vibes & lovely people

Pros: We stayed with family and it truly exceeded our expectations! The place is stunning, carefully designed down to the smallest detail, with an atmosphere that captures you right away. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist us in the best way possible. We felt comfortable as if we were at home, while at the same time enjoying the luxury of a unique accommodation. We’re definitely recommend it and can’t wait to come back!
