Pros: I stayed at this hotel and was absolutely delighted! The location is perfect – right in the center, close to the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet still peaceful and comfortable. The service is top-notch – the staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Check-in was quick, and all my requests were taken into account. The rooms are clean, cozy, with comfortable beds and high-quality toiletries. I was especially impressed by the atmosphere – they truly care about every guest, creating a feeling of home-like comfort. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values quality and convenience!

Pros: My room was in the annex not the main building. The room was very spacious with a lovely balcony. Very clean and pretty modern inside the room. I was quite comfortable during my stay

Cons: The annex is in another building on a different block so further from the Trevi fountain. As a solo traveller it was a bit isolated but I got used to it. No tea or coffee making facilities. Kettle was not clean was told it would be replaced but it just looked like someone tried to clean the inside, no kitchen and no water where kettle was located anyway. That was my only negative comment.

Pros: Spacious room, good location, very good value for money.

Cons: The host was not answering as we were waiting in front of the door for over 1 hour. But after that a worker came and helped us. We did let them know on beforehand but to be sure I would call them before arriving to make sure they are there.

Pros: Very good location. Next to tourist attractions. Breakfast in a good cafe in a nearby street.

Perfect location topped up with an excellent host

Pros: The host was really helpful from the start, we got a delayed flight and he even let us stay there for free. Location is excellent and we highly recommend the accommodation.
