Beautiful Staff and beautiful stay

Pros: Rome was absolutely beautiful and we had such a lovely stay. A big thank you to Lempger who made it even better. We had to leave very early one morning and missed breakfast, but Lempger kindly saved it for us so we could still enjoy it when we returned. Also Cito helped us arrange our driver from the airport and was always checking if we needed anything. So thoughtful and honestly just super cute. Thanks again Lempger for making our Rome trip even more special, highly recommended. Beautiful stay!

Location, location, location - This was in the right place - The cleaner was an amazing help!

Pros: Breakfast was offered at a separate location, but we opted not to take the breakfast as there were alternative options more local than the designated breakfast location. However, there are the facilities to make your own breakfast should you want to in the shared kitchen.

Cons: This is a shared apartment. I didn't feel that Booking.com illustrated this adequately and therefore it was a surprise to see that each room, or sets of rooms, can and does accommodate other people/families. I had no issue with this situation as we had a family suite that was lockable and secure. I think Booking.com should have illustrated this fact in a clearer, more concise manner, however the other guests were quiet and we all respected each others space.

Pros: Great location, close to everything food, shopping, trevi fountain, Spanish steps, but it was a bit hard to find, though.

Cons: Didn't realise it was a shared apartment. A bit small for a family of four

Pros: Host was very pleasant and they helped us when we were leaving with a lot of luggage

Pros: Great service. I was able to leave my bags for a couple of hours at the place after check out. Complimentary champaign. Cleaning service every day like in a hotel. Noise proof windows. In the heart of the city.

Cons: Was not aware that the place had 3 independant rooms and we were sharing kitchen and living room. Missing storage space in both room and bathroom (drawers). Not much water pressure in the shower. Breakfast included but had to walk 15 min to a restaurant to get it so we did not go.

Lovely

Pros: Great location. The appartment was wonderful with everything we could ask for. Our host was so lovely and helpful. It is literally around the corner from the Trevi fountain.

Cons: As it’s a guest house you share the kitchen and main living area with the other 2 rooms. As long as you know this it’s not an issue at all. We didn’t lay eyes on the other guests the whole time we were there.

Great location lovely partner will definitely return.

Pros: Stuff is very helpful, the location is great, very silent although it’s 100m away from Trevi Fountain.

Cons: We booked as family suit, but kitchen was shared with another room. Maybe I didn’t check carefully on the website, nevertheless we didn’t have any problems. The stuff was very helpful and communicative, available via whatsapp whenever we need. We also took transfer back and forth, it was also comfortable and driver was a gentleman.

Pros: The location and how roomy the apartment was. It was so stylish and beautiful.

Cons: The only downside to the property was it a shared place. The lounge / reception room and kitchen shared with another family. Beautiful family and lovely people just didn't think we booked a shared space.
