Amazing stay for two

Pros: Good location, not far from Roma Termini, also 15 minutes walking to Colosseum. Beautiful modern design of the room, cosy balcony for the breakfast watching the flying parrots in the small garden opposite the building. We stayed for the weekend and walked a lot so I really appreciated a comfortable big mattress and a perfectly clean bathroom. The hostess gave us nice recommendations for the places to eat and we could store the luggage after check-out. Thank you 💚

Very good place to visit the center of Rome

Pros: Very close to the center, easy to get too, very spacious and clean

Cons: It was quite hard to find a parking spot

Pros: Service was top notch. Benedetta was very helpful and very prompt to reply to our nessages. She assisted us to store our luggage as we arrived early in the morning. Umberto was very kind and gave us a good recommendation for good Italian food. The room was very clean and spacious for 3 persons. The beds were firm and very comfortable to sleep in. Thete's a kettle to boil water for coffee and tea. The location is great! Few minites walk to St Giovanni Laterano church, metro station, eateries and supermarkets close by.

Cons: Not something which I didn't like but would suggest to have is a pay per use washer and dryer installed for guests to use

Super nice and cosy!

Pros: We were pleased with the location which was easily connected with either bus or subway. The apartment is very clean and cosy. The bathroom is very comfortable and you will feel safe.

Cons: We had to change room just because the one we were set up to was not that comfortable for two people. Unfortunately you probably can't see it while you are choosing singular bed room.

Very Clean, new facilities in perfect location to visit Rome

Pros: Clean, new facilities, in perfect location to explore Rome waking.

Cons: Could hear everything from room beside mine(I was in room 102) but the talking and laughing did not last much and I was able to sleep peacefully.

Pros: The location is convenient, the place is spotless, and the staff are exceptionally courteous

Highly recommended apartment with great amenities and easy access to Rome

Pros: Good location within walking distance to Metro, Tram, Bus. and central Rome Good host who greeted us and provided coffee and bottled water on check in. Clean room with good amenities, fridge, TV, A/C, WiFi, good shower etc

Great location, well-equipped, clean, and comfy room.

Pros: Great location, not too far from the Colosseum. It was easy to find, and communication was excellent—everything was clear and easy to understand. I reached out to the hotel once, and they replied very quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very modern and well-equipped, and the bedroom and bathroom were bright and spacious. I really enjoyed staying here.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like about it.
