Smooth Stay just opposite Termini. Gr8 Value 4 $$

Pros: It's proximity to Termini the main central station from where I caught z train 2 Torino. I was greeted by a polite Asian guy. The room itself was of good size but the large double bed has occupied most of it. I liked the big window with a view of the main busy street. The separate bathroom was of good size & strong hot water supply. My one night stay went smooth & was great value for money €32+8

Cons: The fact that the room didn't have reception, I had some difficulty checking-in as I didn't have internet connection to message my host. Luckily a guest opened the main door of the building so I walked in, went up to 1st floor, to the other hotel, logged in to their wifi & informed my hotel about my arrival exactly @ 2:00 PM.

Perfect budget room close to the main train station

Pros: The Host, his name is Prince, is super nice and treats guests like kings. I was even allowed to keep the keys till 3pm so I could store my luggage for free. It was clean and cozy.

Lovely stay

Pros: Room and bathroom facilities were good and also a short walk to metro! Also a thank you to Jamal for letting us keep our bags safe after check out on our last day instead of putting it in luggage storage before me and my partner got to the airport later in the day.

Ideal location for an early start to see Rome's sights before the crowds slow you down.

Pros: Location was very close to Rome Termini station, of which I needed for an early start the next morning. It worked perfectly and so happy there was a vacancy at a late hour in the day. I arrived at the building around 15-20 minutes after I booked it online. The owner Whatsapped me when I was expecting an email from the property or a message through Booking.com, who I went through to get it. Anyway, I was shown the room within the 30 minutes of booking, so all good.

Cons: Not much apart from waiting outside for the owner to turn up, instead of having a reception area. No milk sachet for the tea supplied in the room, so had to leave it. I prefer a plump pillow to sleep on and there were no other spare ones to use, otherwise a good stay.

Pros: The place is very clean and well-connected to most parts of the city. The staff is the best part of it as they’re so helpful, flexible, and sweet. It was a lovely stay.
