I don't understand why so many bad reviews

Pros: The place is great if you are going there to sleep only. We stayed 5 nights and we are very pleased with our stay. The room was cleaned everyday and also they gave us new towels everyday. The best of this accommodation is the location, 5 min walk to the termini and 5 min walk from the Metro station Castro Petrorio. There's a bus stop right in front of the building that takes you anywhere in the city.

Cons: The only thing we need to complain is the awful sewage smell coming from the toilet and the thin walls, as you can here anything the other guests are saying in other rooms.

Ideal central location for site seeing

Pros: Excellent location with lots to see only a short walk away.

Cons: As expected with the location it was noisy late into the evenng and early morning traffic noise meant we didn't need an alarm:)

Pros: Excellent location to the main Train Station. Easy 5min walk to Termini Station where you can get direct trains to and from the airport.

Pros: we liked the location as it was close to roma termini and tourist attractions. also, we liked italian food , which we tried in different food places near the hotel. the neighbors were friendly, people around us were very accomodating.

Pros: The room was huge, and the beds were wonderfully soft

Staff were lovely and place was very reasonable and we enjoyed it

Pros: Great location, entering the building is a but complicated just because the buttons aren’t a clear outside and I had to wait until one of the residents came and happened to open the door so I could access the reception. Room was good size.

Cons: Could come with a kettle and some cutlery would be nice. Also there is a bin inside the bathroom but one in the actual room would be nice.

A very comfortable and convenient stay. The gentleman who met us at the property was very helpful and even filled a hot

Pros: We booked an overnight stay arriving late and leaving the following morning. The train station is minutes walk away with plenty of cafes to get breakfast on the way.

Cons: All was excellent. It would have been nice to have a kettle in our room to make a quick drink as requested.
