I loved my stay

Pros: The location is soo good The room is sooo nice The staff is sooo nice

Pros: The room was spacious, you have your own keys to the doors and they were not hard to open or use even if the place is old-the knobs can be easily turned by the keys so np getting stuck outside the room or place. Sadi was very accommodating and friendly and they respond immediately to messages even before I arrived, they were answering my questions here in booking . com. I also like how clean the room and toilet and the water temperature was also stable so u can have a long uninterrupted shower to adjust the temperature again.

Cons: May not be good for people with a lot of luggages because there is no lift though sadi has been very helpful with my luggage but if you are not traveling light it might be a struggle but is very common for affiticamares in italy so I guess in general-always wise to travel light.

Pros: The receptionist was very welcoming, polite and accommodated our request on staying another day in the same room. The room is very spacious, clean. We felt safe in the neighbourhood.

Great staff

Pros: Due to a strike my train was cancelled, there was also a storm and no available hotels. Around midnight I was lucky to find this room. It only took me a few minutes from Roma Termini. Great location! I was tired, wet from the rain and irritated, but the guys at the reception were so kind and friendly that I forgot all the chaos that was happening to me. Тhanks guys for the air conditioned room and safe stay.

It was a great stay.

Pros: The host Saadi was great. He was pleasant to deal with, answered all our questions well and was kind enough to keep our bags until evening without asking for extra pay on the day we had checked out.

Cons: The place is near the Roma Termini and thus worked for us in all aspects. It was easily accessible and made it easy for us to access the buses, and the trains It was also a great start for our Roma City tour.

In summary, I would say the property is excellent compared to its price.

Pros: The room is in the center of Rome, just a few steps from Rome Termini station. The room is amazing and highly recommended at this price, especially for those who want to value money. Also, the room is excellent and affordable for those who travel with their families. The owner is nice and has very good hospitality.

Cons: The AC has some annoying sound which creates a little disturbance. Minor but the toilet has no inside locks. Also, the doors that separate the reception and the room have no inside locks.

Clean room in the center

Pros: Great location, very clean and very friendly/helpful receptionist ! Giant bed and fun shower with lights and music 🤗

Very convenient and the room simply felt friendlyi.

Pros: The owner and his brother were unfailingly helpful. The room was large, as was the bed, all spotlessly clean with a large bottle of mineral water in the fridge, at time when Rome was at it’s hottest for years, and regularly replaced.

Cons: When I arrived the proprietor was genuinely concerned that my room was up several flights of stairs and I am elderly, but I managed OK. Very central, but not disturbed by traffic.

Cons: Only upgrade I could suggest was to put tea / coffee making facilities in the rooms so as not to disturb anyone. Being English I drink tea first thing and last thing in the day..had to call to have ' tea and smoking room ' unlocked and my girlfriend had a shock when she realised that a man was sleeping in the same room.
