Pros: Its location and the attentiveness of Pino and his wife

Good for a short stay

Pros: The location was excellent, with everything within walking distance. There’s a coffee place downstairs (since the Nespresso machine in the room didn’t look very inviting) and several restaurants nearby.

Cons: It’s fine if you don’t want to collect the tourist tax via Booking, but being indignant towards guests because we didn’t have cash, simply because you don’t want to pay a 50 cent commission comes across as childish. This should be then clearly communicated at check-in. In addition, I don’t fully understand the 9.4 rating. We didn’t shower due to black mold, the pillows had no filling, and the Nespresso machine was scaled and still half full of water.

Pros: the quality of service during my stay. I especially appreciated the kindness and availability of the lovely young woman at the reception — she was incredibly helpful and welcoming.

Pros: The room was a great size with a lovely view, location was very central but quiet at night time which meant we could get some sleep - the host was extremely helpful and gave us lots of helpful tips on restaurants/attractions etc

Pros: Loved Katherine and Pino. They were very helpful and sorted out a few problems we had. One of us was hospitalised and the suite was perfect 5 minute walk for visits and a safe area to stay.

Great room in a great hotel in a great location.

Pros: The location, cleanliness, toiletries and cheap mini bar were excellent. The owners/managers were lovely and very welcoming. The room was a good size with great views and a really comfortable bed. We will definitely come back.

A great hotel in a fanatastic location and an amazingly helpful host.

Pros: The room had everything we needed and was very clean and immaculate.. The location was great for all main attractions and areas you'd want to visit in Rome. Pino, the hotel owner, was absolutely amazing - very frendly and welcoming but also so helpful and went well beyond the call of duty in advising us about the best places to go, providing us with maps, sorting us out with a taxi when ours had let us down so that we made our flight on time and arranging for my partners lost phone to be returned to the UK. We are so grateful!

Cons: Nothing we didn't like - we would stay there again and recommend to other travellers.
