It’s a good place to stay in Rome

Pros: The host was friendly and helpful, the location is good.

Cons: The other guests were noisy and left nothing for us for breakfast the second day.

Pros: Francessco is so kind and very helpfull, house is very clean and quiet, you can find anythink what you need. I very high recommedation.

Pros: The villa is very nice, clean and near to the city centre. We had everything what we need and more, like a coffee, juice and something sweet. It was nice. Absolutely friendly place, highly recommend!

Cons: The apartment has weak wall and you can hear noise from surrounding rooms

Pros: Big room with very nice bathroom and a huge closet. Close to bus stop.

Cons: Noisy neighbours with no respect to other people from 06:30 in the morning and late at night.

Pros: It's a nice house and the location is quite good for Rome, but the fee of 15 euros is high for 1 small pet. Italy is very pet friendly and this was the only extra fee on our vacation.

The villa itself was stunning – beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with all the modern amenities we could ask for. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and a serene environment. We particularly enjoyed the private pool and the well-maintained garden, which provided a perfect spot for relaxation. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable. What truly set this villa apart was the attention to detail and the little touches that made our stay special. The staff was always available and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful retreat. We can’t wait to return!
