Would definitely use again.

Pros: Great location, nice decor. Cleaned each day with fresh towels.

Cons: Could hear occupants of other rooms. Saw a few ants. Shower was cold on the last day. But ultimately a lovely little room.

Very good location!

Pros: My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this location. The room was large and spacious, offering plenty of space for all of us. There was enough room to hang our clothes, a fridge, two hairdryers, and even an ironing board with an iron, which we found really useful. The room had plenty of outlets, and the bathroom was generously sized with a great shower. We especially loved the big, comfortable bed. A nice touch was having two types of pillows to choose from, depending on our comfort preferences. The cleaning service was excellent, with towels and bed linens changed daily. The location was a dream—right next to the Vatican, which made it so easy to reach the city’s main attractions quickly.

Cons: Now for the downsides: getting into the building was a bit tricky at first due to the codes we needed to use, but we got the hang of it after a while. The building has thin walls, and one evening we were disturbed by a loud conversation from the couple next door, though they were understanding when we spoke to them. Just be aware that you can hear almost everything. If you’re staying during colder months, be careful with the thermostat—we made the mistake of turning it up too high and found it uncomfortably warm at night. We also feel the shower cabin could have been cleaner, and the toilet paper was very thin (just one ply). Overall, we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay, but a few small improvements would have made it even better.

Pros: The rooms were charming! Reminded us of stays at Fairmont Hotels in Canada.

Great central location, clean and compact room, perfect for a short stay in Rome!

Pros: Excellent location, walking distance from the Vatican and the metro stop, as well as from various restaurants. Central yet quiet, clean and compact. The host was very nice and prompt. Highly recommend for a short stay!

Cons: There was nothing I did not like. If I was being super picky there is limited space in bathroom shelf wise to lay out possessions - would have been cramped with 2 of us and nowhere in shower to put gel/shampoo down other than the floor - not a problem if you are more bendy than me! As I say - everything else was so good and the bathroom was spacious and beautiful that easy to just ignore this. This would just have added super-perfect to perfect!

Good value and good price

Pros: Good stay for few days. Good location very close to the station and the Vatican City. There are a lot good restaurants nearby.

Cons: The Bathroom is built inside the bedroom which is a bit strange. the water will leak to the floor.. but it's acceptable. The room is a bit cold even though I turned on the AC. The city tax is a bit expensive :( but have to pay

Pros: Location was beyond amazing, right next to Vatican! The room was clean and had everything that we needed, there even was an iron. Staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, lovely stay in Rome for a great price.

Cons: The room was very small and quite noisy. There was a water leak on the bathroom floor which was a bit annoying.
