The right place to stay in Rome
Pros: Everything was really great, I can recommend this place to everyone. Below I list everything that was important to me personally: a great location, a comfortable large bed, everything is clean, fast and convenient without key access, responsive staff.
Cons: These are not direct disadvantages, but only my wishes for the future to make the stay of the guests even more comfortable: at least install a small refrigerator, shower gel in small bags is clearly insufficient and it would be preferable to have more.

Very pleasant stay at this place
Pros: had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent – very central and close to the Vatican. The room was clean and had everything I needed, toiletries, kettle, and more. Once you understand how the check-in process works, it’s quite easy to get in. There are plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, and the metro station is just a 4-minute walk away.

Pros: Even though I stayed for just one night in Risorgimento 9, I enjoyed it so much. The apartment is super clean, comfy bed, big tv, the host Fabio was available 24/7 and very friendly. But the thing I don't have enough characters to write about is the view! I can't decide if it's better in the morning or at night, like basilica is on your palm, the Vatican walls, nearby square, 10/10!

Great stay close to many tourist attractions
Pros: - The guesthouse is in a great location. It’s a 5 minute walk to St Peter’s Square and Vatican Museums. It’s also a 5 minute walk away from the metro. - air conditioning was great considering the heat - easy check in and check out process
Cons: - the water from the shower wasn’t too hot . It was warm, still good for a nice shower but not nice if you prefer hotter showers. - for travellers with a lot of luggage the place can feel small as there isn’t much luggage space .

good spot for early morning rushing towards Saint Peter's Basilica
Pros: Very good spot for rushing towards Saint Peter's Basilica early in the morning. Many restaurants around. The room was very clean and spacious. Altough the room was just above very busy street the noises were well silenced and interior was just quiet.
Cons: There should be a shelf in the shower area.

PERFECT FOR SHORT STAY, EXCELLENT LOCATION, COMFY!
Pros: The location is excellent - our room had a view of St Peter's dome. There are plenty of lovely cafes and bistros right in the street, in fact everything one needs is at a short walk distance, including the Vatican metro station. Walking to the historic centre is also pretty comfortably and pleasant. The district felt safe at night as well, although Vatican district is sadly full of people without home living in the streets. It was really easy to navigate to from wherever we arrived at any time of day. Self check-in and key-less entry was a big plus. Also, communication with Riccardo was flowless. I'd highly recommend the place to anyone who looks for great location and a clean comfy room for a short stay. We had a perfect 3-day stay there with my daughter and loved it!
Cons: The only thing was the mattress, it was well past its best years but it didn't keep us from sleep. The apartment is situated in a very busy street with lots of traffic from early morning, which I personally didn't mind but it might be a nuisance for someone with light sleep.

Everything was perfect. Very recommend
Pros: Everything was great. My mother and I really liked it. We were in Rome for the first time. I highly recommend these apartments. Very clean, warm and bright room and most importantly safety. Ricardo helped us a lot, met us, explained the location and gave us full information. We are liked. We will definitely come back again.

Perfect and great value for money
Pros: Riccardo has been very responsive and helpful during my stay. The apartment is located 5 mins walk to the vatican museums, with bus stops, a metro stop, tons of stores and restaurants nearby. You can grab a bite as early as 7am and as late as 10pm. More importantly, you can see the world's most famous dome by your window. The apartment itself is clean, safe and well kept. There is daily housekeeping. Also, you can do self check-in, and there is plenty of space for luggage storage. Will definitely stay again if I were to come back to Rome.
Cons: A dustbin in the room would be helpful.
