Lovely stay

Pros: The location of the property was really quiet and relaxing after busy day in the city centre. The host, Andrea was very accommodating and knowledgeable about Rome and helped us with loads of tips about places to eat and visit. 5 out 5 for hospitality.

Cons: Because the property is not in the city centre we had to rely on the public transport to get to and back and we were let down by those on Sunday. The metro line was closed and the bus in the evening was held up somewhere for an hour! However, Andrea was really helpful on all occasions.

Cons: The breakfast was poor. The bathroom didn't have shampoo we had to buy shampoo at the supermarket.

A FANTASTIC PLACE AND WONDERFUL HOSTS

Pros: Above all Andrea and Luis go above and beyond to welcome you to their home. They are absolutely amazing hosts. They pick you up and take you to and from the metro station, and Luis even picked me up at gone midnight after a concert at the Palazzo dello Sport. The room was lovely and clean with all the amenities that one could wish for, and a nice balcony where you could sit and relax. The bathroom was lovely and clean with hot water within a few seconds. Breakfast was ready when you requested it. Lovely and varied from fruit , to cornetto, yogurt and coffee with biscuits. Andrea was amazing with his recommendations on how to go around Rome and what to see even things off the beaten track.... highly recommend I would return when I go back to Rome and highly recommend it to family and friends

Our stay was absolutely amazing.

Pros: The house is shared between the host and two guest rooms. Andrea and Louis were the perfect hosts! The rides to and from the train station were absolutely wonderful and saved us a lot of time and energy, and also the tips provided by Andrea for our trips to Rome and Florence were great! The breakfast was very good (a great cappuccino by Louis). Everything was really clean and the bed was really comfortable. The terrace was nice to sit for a little time at night. The area is really quiet which is a nice change from the busy city center. You can get to the city center in 20-30 minutes by train or in 45-60 minutes by bus (which stops right outside the house). The bus is especially useful as the last one is at 12.30 at night so you can have your night stroll without issue.

Cons: The shower was a little bit narrow and the shower head was mounted on the wall and could not be moved around. Not a big issue but it was a little uncomfortable, especially for a bigger person or if you don't really want to wash your hair everyday (as the water was always flowing from above).

Highly recommend this place for travelers seeking a peaceful retreat with excellent hospitality.

Pros: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rate Stanza classica Eur Tintoretto and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The owner Andrea and his deputy Luis went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Theircare and attention made me feel right at home. Tucked away in a quiet, non-touristic neighborhood, this apartment offers a serene escape from the bustling city. Cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets are conveniently nearby and prices here are significantly lower than in the city center. Getting around is a breeze. There’s a direct bus to the airport, which is incredibly convenient. There is a metro station not far away, that can easily bring you to the city center and it provides easy access to trains that take you straight to the seaside. Overall, I highly recommend this place for travelers seeking a peaceful retreat with excellent hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit! Thank you!

Pros: Andrea did a brilliant job at making us feel welcome. He is a fantastic host and gave us some brilliant recommendations of things see in Rome. Andrea kindly dropped us to the metro station and prepared a delicious Italian breakfast for us each morning. The property was spotless and had everything we needed.
