Overall, I had a great stay with a very accommodating host, and despite the 4th-floor walk-up, it was worth it.
Pros: The location was a big plus for me. It was close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around very easy.
Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom wasn’t in the bedroom.

There is a microwave oven
Pros: There was microwave oven and small refrigerator and drinks were provided. There was also air conditioning installed, so we were able to stay comfortable.
Cons: No major issues, just an elevator would be great.

Overall very good stay. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Pros: Accessibility to the Vatican and nearby tourist destinations.
Cons: The Toilet outside the room.

Wonderful & comfortable stay
Pros: Location is perfect if visiting the St Peter’s Basilica. Lots of restaurants nearby

Pros: The property was very clean, everything in place. It has no lift and that is a drawback since the property is at the 4th floor. The only thing to criticize was the behavior of others staying at the property. They were very noisy late at night and early morning.

Pros: Riccardo & Carmen, thank you for your warm welcome and your host! The location is perfect. 2 mins walk from the Vatican, 15 mins walk from the metro station (A line).
Cons: There is no included bathroom for the room. Just 2 steps from your door on a corridor, so it's not terrifying, but if it's important you have to check it before your booking. No elevator. The room is on the 4th floor. You have to climb it after a big walk around Rome.

Gem of a place to visit the Vatican
Pros: The location and the helpful nature of the host Ricardo was exceptional. Ricardo goes out of his way to help the guests. Breakfast was a sweet Italian breakfast which was very sufficient. Location is a gem if you are to visit the Vatican. In 2 minutes you are in Vatican. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Entrance to the main building is through a code system which needs to be obtained from the owner. Place is reachable by foot within 10 to 15 minutes from St Pedro station. Cleanliness is maintained at the highest. Tap water in to room is suitable for drinking.
Cons: Having to climb 102 steps daily due lack of an elevator. It was a daunting task for my elderly mother. However the host Ricardo helped us with the baggage upon checking out which was a huge relief. Also he opted to offer us another apartment on a ground floor in another location. But considering how easy this place to the Vatican we decided to stay. Ricardo went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. God bless him Having to climb 102 steps daily due lack of an elevator. Nice location, friendly staff
Pros: Good and quick response from the owners regarding maintenance issues
Cons: No kettle for hot water. Owner suggested boiling water in microwave. Breakfast is all packed and ready in your room. Also small portion

Pros: Location is very good, the host (Riccardo) was very friendly, everything was clean and setup.
Cons: The location is by the road which is busy during the daytime and nighttime and the noise quite penetrates into the room. So consider having some earplugs if you are sensitive to it. As the breakfast is served in the room, the selection is modest or what Italians typically have for breakfast (some toast, crackers, milk, cornflakes). There were some fresh apples, but no cheese, ham or other dishes that need to be cooked/baked.

Pros: Posizione perfetta, vicinissima all’aula Nervi. Ho soggiornato qui una notte perché avevo un’udienza papale il giorno dopo e l’estrema vicina al Vaticano è stata ottima! La camera molto pulita, con tutti i comfort necessari. La colazione in camera è un ottimo plus, visto che sono andato via molto presto. I gestori gentili e sempre disponibili. Consiglio assolutamente questo B&B. Ci tornerò sicuramente
